I saw an ad in a magazine and decided to order hearing aids for my husband from Legendary Ventures. I placed the order on November 11th and was told that the appliances would arrive within 3 to 5 days. However, it's been quite some time and I still haven't received them. I paid $399.00 for the hearing aids using my credit card. I've tried calling and leaving messages, but they haven't returned my calls.

I tried to buy sum N-95 face masks online from Self-Reliance Association yesterday. After finishing the sale, I got a phone call from the VISA Fraud department telling me that this operation sells yer Card number info to the Black Market. I was tryna find a place to make this same comment to the ComplaintsBoard.com 'bout this company.

This is my convo with "Prosper Wellness" same founders and address as "Legendary Ventures" On 09/08 I bought 3 bottles of _ _ _ _ _ _ from ur company. Below are the receipts I got. I did wonder why I had 2 diff receipts, but it seemed right overall, 3 bottles for $9.97. I got the 3 Bottles of the product. Now I get my credit card bill and I’ve been charged $9.97 and an extra $59.97. I wanted to try the product before spending that much money. That's why I chose the $9.97/ 3 bottles deal. I want a refund of the $59.97 since I wasn't expecting that fee as per the receipts below. 1st receipt: 1 bottle for $9.97, 2nd receipt: 1 bottle, subs x 2 $0.00 No other receipts were sent to me. COMPANY RESPONSE: Thx for contacting us. It shows that we sent u a total of 3 bottles of TurmeriCBD. U can return the 2 bottles back to us for refund. Pls ship the product/s with a copy of the packing slip or invoice back to us at: FDC Returns (c/o Prosper Wellness) *** Let me know once it's shipped back, give me the tracking number and I'll process the refund right away.

I ordered a bottle of a health product from an ad by Healthy Living Association. However, the ordering process was confusing and the website kept pushing me to add more items. I wanted to cancel the purchase, but couldn't. To my surprise, I ended up with three charges on my card: $187.99, $140.99, and $47.99, totaling $376.97. I received only one package, without a return slip or return information. I tried calling the provided number multiple times without answer. Finally, I spoke to someone who promised to send return instructions via email. Unfortunately, the email was irrelevant, only providing an address without postage. Now, calls to the number go unanswered. I had to ask my son for help, and he suggested contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com.
