MOHELA review: Student loan forgiveness

I filed a PSLF form over a year ago to Mohela Student Loan. There was a part of the form that wasn't filled out properly, so I made the correction and refiled the paperwork. I qualify for loan forgiveness under PSLF due to where I am employed full time and the years of repayment. The next problem that occurred was Mohela put down that I worked part time, which I never have done. That also had to be corrected. This process went on for months and months. I was then told they would start 'counting' my payments; they then said I didn't have enough payments in, which is not true. Mind you, each time I called, I was placed on hold for 1-1.5 hours during the business day. I was repeatedly told that I didn't qualify for loan forgiveness. I had no recourse. I again called last week to get an update on my file and was told 'everything is on hold until sometime in 2024'. The amount of payments that were counted were '8' and then they stopped counting. I spoke to numerous supervisors to no avail. I am beyond frustrated and angry. What should have then a month or so to accomplish, has not even been completed in more than a year.
