I have been paying on my account while in forbearance, no interest should have been charged to my account. I looked at my payment history and a good amount of money has been taken out for interest payments instead of going towards my principal. I've called Mohela multiple times and emailed to get this resolved and still nothing. Every time I call I'm transferred to someone and left on hold for HOURS! I just want the money I paid on my account to go towards the principal and I can't seem to talk to someone to get the issue fized!
