MobileHelp review: Customer service slow to answer

Started out as return equipment and cancel service. When thru all equipment test, at no time did any of the fall dectors go off and contact operator. Was referred to another dept for additional help[n gave up after 7minutes.
Returned to Customer Service to return equipment and cancel service.
Website lies about immediate cancel; service and cancel not done till equipment is reburned and counted. Return of equipment is at customer expense and never got any of the items listed on website...
