am on automatic mailing for one item and therefore have a file with them. this makes it so easy to order other items that will accomodate my changing needs. they are pleasant, effiient and seem to know quite a lot about customers needs and the products they sell. no complaints from here.

HDIS I have been purchasing supplies from this company

I have been purchasing supplies from this company. In August, my supplies were not complete as I only received one box. The gloves and pad box seemed to have been lost or stolen from my porch. I live on a busy corner and packages often get stolen if left on the front porch. So, I made arrangements for a large label requesting the package to be left three steps away on the side porch. However, the delivery person has never followed this instruction. Five days after receiving the bed pads, I called the company to inform them about the missing items. They assured me that they would send a replacement immediately. However, I waited for another two weeks without receiving the replacement, so I contacted them again. They informed me that they had stopped the replacement but would still send it. I sent multiple emails, had multiple chats, and made multiple phone calls to them, but I either received responses like "I'm only the self-pay department," "I am sorry we are closed for lunch," "I'm sorry we are closed for the day," or my emails were not answered at all. Today is September 9, 2022, and I called them again, receiving the same answers. So, I asked to speak to a supervisor who informed me that the replacement is on its way, but I will not receive a September shipment because they cannot bill Medicaid for the replacement. This situation is not my fault, and I will be set back an entire month, missing out on a whole month of bed pads, due to their incompetence and delay in resolving the issue. They ignored me for a whole month and now they are only concerned about getting paid by Medicaid, without worrying about the fact that I am missing items from my order. I am elderly, disabled, and economically challenged, yet they intentionally delayed the shipment of the replacement for a whole month to avoid paying for the loss themselves. When I mentioned that I will find another company, their response was simply "we'll hate losing you." It is not my responsibility to lose my items during shipping, it is theirs!

I called the advertised 800 number to purchase their product, specifically Poise Pads size/number 5. However, I was convinced to buy their own brand instead, with the assurance that it would be superior to what I usually use. Unfortunately, the product they sent me was smaller and thinner, and it couldn't even hold 1/4 cup of liquid. They had claimed that their pads could hold 3/4 to 1 full cup of liquid. I had to call four times before someone finally sent me a return label for the product. Interestingly, the lady I spoke to couldn't find any record of my previous calls, which was concerning because I had already called twice to place the order. Eventually, I received the return label and sent the product back as instructed on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 9:02 a.m. via a shipping service. As soon as I received an email from the company confirming the return, I called to inquire about the refund process. They assured me that I would receive the refund within 5 business days, meaning it should have been in my checking account by September 2. However, nothing appeared in my account. On September 3, I called the company again and spoke with a representative named ***. He informed me that they hadn't even received the product yet. When I corrected him and requested to speak with a supervisor, he put me on hold and later returned to say that he was mistaken and the product had indeed been received. However, he refused to connect me with a supervisor and stated that it could take up to 15 more business days for the refund to be processed. I expressed my dissatisfaction, as they had been dishonest from the beginning and their product was not as good as they claimed. One representative even suggested that I return the product and request a different one, but I still haven't received the replacement they promised. Additionally, I have yet to receive the free sample they offered during my first two phone calls. It is unacceptable to receive incorrect information and to be denied a refund. The only accurate thing they told me was that the items come in an unmarked box. It took far too long to receive the product after placing the order, and their customer service is lacking, as not all calls are properly documented. I am still puzzled about what happened during my initial call when I provided my credit card information and the product was never received. I had to call a different number to get answers, and the lady who took my order and credit card information again was the one who assured me that the product she convinced me to order would be better than what I was using. Their customer service is lacking, and I am tired of receiving junk mail and emails from them.

When you open up a credit account with them and you start making partial payments like $25 per month, they make it overdue, they place your account on hold and make you have to pay them directly for the 2 orders, so by the time you have no supplies and you pay off your balance you cannot do...
