MobileHelp review: Bad equipment bad service

Many, many false alarms, one while the unit was in it's charging cradle. That one threw my emergency contacts into an overnight fear since I wasn't aware that there was a problem and was comfortably sleeping. That was the final straw. Almost three months later after returning the unit there has been no refund (over $300) and promises made but not kept involving getting the money back.
