My experience with Hani Automobile was nothing short of a disaster and far from what I expected from a supposedly reputable car dealership. I had made a deal for a BMW 320i Cabrio at a price that the owner himself had quoted. I made it clear that I would be traveling 8 hours by train from the Netherlands to pick up the car. The owner assured me that this wouldn’t be a problem and even offered to pick me up from the station. We exchanged phone numbers, and I trusted that everything would go smoothly.

After a long and exhausting journey, which started at 5 AM and ended at 4 PM, I sent a message saying I was almost at the station. What was the response? The car was suddenly no longer available! No apologies, just lame excuses. The owner and his wife then tried to sell me a different car at a much higher price.

I had already booked a hotel and wasted a lot of money for nothing. It’s disappointing that such people would betray their customers’ trust for a few extra pennies. Even more disappointing is that they pretend to be sincere and religious, but in reality, they sell out their principles for money.

In short, I absolutely do not recommend Hani Automobile. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a trustworthy car.
