The team at Mira Floors & Interiors did an exceptional job on our bedroom and bathroom reno. From my 'inspiration words' of guidance, their knowledgeable staff helped me choose the colours and style of tile for the bathroom. The end result is stunning! John was our installer for carpet in the bedroom and shower membrane, heat, and tiles in the bathroom. What beautiful, detailed work he does, working tirelessly to ensure everything is perfect.

My experience was very similar to MIRA Floors & Interiors: although I had selected them as my flooring company and submitted their quote to my co-op board for approval, they neglected to order the flooring and so began the most miserable experience I have ever had. The flooring arrived 1.5 days prior to my move-in date. The installer insisted I needed 26 bags of leveler- I'm in an apartment. I authorized 6 bags at $128 per bag, but was required to sign off on a voided warranty. Didn't get any aftercare instructions either. The installer was rude and dinged a number of my newly redone walls.

MIRA Floors & Interiors really saved the day for us. We were expecting out of town guests for our daughters wedding, so it was really important that we had our new floors installed before guests starting arriving. The scheduler, Sarah, was so helpful and a real pleasure to work for. She understood the urgency and came through with a smile in her voice. The installers couldn't have been more wonderful. Job was done to perfection and before they left, cleaned up everything and made sure we were satisfied. Great to have a local company to deal with. We highly recommend them.

We had MIRA Floors & Interiors do our flooring for the main level in our house. It is a high traffic area, so we wanted something that fit our family's needs and was also trendy. A wide selection of suitable samples were brought to our house with the mobile showroom. We were able to keep the samples to look over and didn't feel rushed into making a decision. Once we decided, everything came together smoothly with MIRA Floors & Interiors being flexible to work around our other trades doing the installation. Loved the experience from start to finish. Professional team. Answered our questions, listened to our needs. Satisfied with the quality product and service.

Worst Experience ever... They ate up the budget leveling the floor but all they did was make it more unlevel. My new floor rolls and dips, it squeaks and crackles. They damaged floor planks during installation and had to do a glue in patch job right in the middle of my living room floor. When I asked them to come in and address the issues, they came to my home told me how I was wrong, they did it "fast and cheap" and it was "good enough". I felt belittled, out numbered and frustrated. When I was resigned to accepting the poor workmanship and asked for my certificate of warranty and a letter of guarantee on the patch on the floor they gave me one year warranty on their workmanship and I had to go to the floor manufacturer to get a product warranty. When all was said an done they told me that the warranty would be void if we walked on the floor with outside shoes. Seeing as how they installed this floor in my entire lower floor in front of both entrances to my home, you think this would have been something they informed us of before the install? As soon as someone comes into my house they are going to void my warranty. This company provides subpar service, neglect to quote the whole job, have hidden fees and work it so they do not have to cover any warranty. I would stay away from them at all costs.
