MindMajix - Not Process my Refund Request

I have purchased a course trough them, and after passing 7 lectures I was not happy how the course was going so I decided to request a refund (which was in the frame of their policy 2 days )

So far there a 7 days passed after I send my request and not reply from their site. Just an email couple days ago that they are reviewing the request.

What to review ?

When I requested in their time frame stating that I am not happy with it and I would like to be refunded.

Desired outcome: Please Refund
