Milliman Benefits review: What a disaster!!!

I have attempted to work with Milliman to simply move my old 401k from a former company to my regular IRA account. It seems like this company well do ANYTHING IT CAN to prevent that! Holds, delays, lack of chat interaction, subpar phone customer service reps - the entire company seems to be a disaster when it comes to actually helping people! Even to the point of a follow-up feedback call to give a review did not work right! I will be logging a complaint about the firm's lack of assistance with the Department of Labor in the hopes that they will investigate this company's policies, processes, and procedures to ensure they may not be doing some illegal things to avoid distributing monies to their rightful owners!.
