Military Republic

Military Republic has some serious issues that need to be addressed. It's been a whole month and my order hasn't arrived yet. To make matters worse, I always have to initiate contact with them to even get an update on my order. It's frustrating and feels like the customer service isn't doing their job. One time, they even sent my order to the Philippines when I clearly specified a different address. That's a total waste of my time and money. I hope they fix their system soon and start respecting their customers. It's not fair to have to constantly chase them down for something that should have been taken care of in a timely manner. I just want my money back or for them to finally fulfill my order. Overall, not a great experience with this company.
