So, I wanted to let y'all know about my experience with Mentality Co. (mentalityofficial.com). I placed an order back on November 29 of last year and got a notification that it was on its way. But then I checked again and it hadn't even been shipped yet. What the heck, right? So, I decided to shoot them an email on December 20 to see what was up. Know what they told me? That the postal service is all backed up and they couldn't ship it out just yet. But come on, it's been weeks! Anyway, since then I've sent like six different messages trying to get some answers, and it's now January 5 and I still haven't heard back from them. It's super lame because I was really stoked for my stuff, but now I don't even know if I'm going to get it at all. So, yeah, just wanted to warn you guys that Mentality Co. might not be the most reliable option out there.

Yo, check it - Mentality Co. ain't the move. Their customer service is booty and their sizes run small as heck. I offered to pay for shipping and the difference on another item if my original one wasn't available, but these fools straight up refused to work something out with me. Like, what the actual heck? Their products may be new with tags, but that don't mean jack when they don't care about making things right for their customers. And let me tell ya, their prices are off the chain for not being able to even exchange anything. I made it crystal clear that I wasn't trying to get my money back, but they just straight up ignored me, like I ain't even worth their time. Don't waste your dough on these clowns.

So, my kiddo wanted two cool bracelets from Mentality, and we got them pretty fast. But dang man...these things are just too expensive for what they are. They're basically shoelaces with some plastic clasps stuck on. Come on now, Mentality!

The first bracelet, he wore it only one day before it fell apart. He was outside tossing a baseball, and that tiny little plastic clasp just flies right off and disappears into oblivion. We never found that sucker again. The second one didn't fare much better - made it just a few days before falling apart too.

I mean, their website talks about how tough and hardy these bracelets are, but I gotta say, that's a complete load of bull. They're hardly durable at all.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed - the bracelets are way too pricey and simply not good quality. I won't be buying from Mentality again anytime soon.

I gotta say, my experience with Mentality Co. was pretty rough. I hit up their support email a bunch, ***@mentality.co, but they never got back to me. Like, not even a little "hey, we're looking into it" or "sorry for the delay." Nothing. And I had to wait FOREVER for my order. I placed it back during Thanksgiving weekend and didn't get my stuff until January, can you believe it? And to make matters worse, they shorted me one of the items I ordered. So I reached out multiple times asking for a refund or a replacement, but nada. No response. It's a total drag, man. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I was amped to order a custom number pendant for my son from Mentality Co. After a bit of browsing on mentalityofficial.com, I saw that the site had mentioned a 4-6 weeks shipping period. I'm not precisely patient, but I could handle that.

However, it's now been a solid eight weeks, and it seems I've got squat. I've followed up with the company through email three times, yet there's a constant silence on their end. I even slid into their DMs on Instagram, but all I see are empty promises from them that folks have received their orders, and I should receive mine soon. However, many peeps posted they've got torn off and received diddly-squat.

What's worse is these tricksters don't even provide any phone numbers to dial them up or anything. It's like being lost in the dark and not knowing what's going on.

Honestly, I feel swindled and ripped off by the Mentality crew. Crazily enough, I wouldn't suggest anyone waste their cash, time, or energy dealing with these scam artists. You'll wind up with just a big chunk of disappointment.

Mentality Co. is a company to avoid at all costs. I fell for their scam and purchased a bracelet and a pendant for my son as a Christmas present during the Black Friday sale. As expected, I joined the ranks of dissatisfied customers who received a message on Dec. 5th exclaiming, "Your Product Is On It's Way!" yet, nothing came. I've sent them 5 emails requesting updates with no response. It's now Jan. 20th, and I am forced to send the 6th email hoping to get a response or else I will refute the charges on my credit card. It's a sorry experience to be forced to go through such hardships. It's a shame because younger athletes seem to flock towards this site. It's necessary to do better people! If you don't know how to manage a business, don't even start one.

So, I ordered two items from Mentality Co. and encountered a major issue. I requested the same size for both items, only to receive them in two completely different sizes. Talk about a mistake! When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they replied with a response that was quite rude. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm not sure if I want to go back to this store.

To make it worse, Mentality Co. has a checkbox on their checkout page that everyone must choose to ensure that they understand the guidelines under which they are making a purchase. Really? To me, that is just not customer friendly. It feels like they are trying to cover their own backside in case something like this happens, and it did!

The weirdest thing is that both items were marked as mediums. That just screams inconsistency! What is even the point of having sizes if they cannot be trusted? And even though there's a 4% margin of error with the sizes, it looks like Mentality Co. went way beyond that.

To make matters worse, customer service was quite dismissive of my concerns. They emphasized that they had shipped over 100,000 shirts and that sizing was never an issue for them. But this response did not help at all! It feels like they're saying, "We're big enough that we don't care about one customer." They were dismissive and unhelpful - which made it seem like they never cared in the first place.

I tried to rate this store, but I was not able to give it zero stars. I felt so frustrated, I just had to express it here. To everyone reading this, STAY AWAY from Mentality Co.! They have terrible customer service and apparently they cannot be trusted with sizing either.

As someone who values the importance of mentality and mindset when it comes to personal and professional growth, I was excited to place an order on Mentality Co.'s website. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been less than satisfactory.

Firstly, I ordered two items from Mentality Co. and was promised delivery on February 14th, 2022. However, it is currently March 5th, 2022 and I have yet to receive my products. To add to my frustration, it appears that my items were misplaced during the shipping phase due to an error with my zip code. While mistakes happen, I was disappointed that this mistake caused such a delay in my order.

What's even more frustrating is the lack of response that I have received from Mentality Co.'s customer support team. I have attempted to contact them through their support page three times, but have not received any sort of acknowledgement or response from the company. As a paying customer, this level of customer service is unacceptable.

Overall, I am dissatisfied with my experience with Mentality Co. and would not recommend their company to others. While they may preach the importance of mentality and mindset, they have not demonstrated these values in their own business practices. As a consumer, I expect better from the brands that I choose to support.

It was Black Friday when I got all excited to order products from Mentality Co. for my son's Christmas gift. I couldn't wait to see his face light up with joy on receiving them. But, just as I hit the 'order' button, I was greeted with a message saying that the orders won't be shipped until December 31, and no cancellations were allowed. Seriously? I mean, isn't Black Friday supposed to be about ordering mainly for the holidays?

I decided to mail them multiple times, but it was of no use. So, I ended up reaching out to them through Instagram. Finally, they agreed to send a few of the items, which made my son super happy. However, there were still some products left that we didn't receive, and it is already January 16! Now, it seems like Mentality Co. has just vanished off the face of the earth! I have sent six emails to their support, asked for help through Instagram multiple times, but alas, they do not seem to respond to anything.

This whole situation is just not acceptable. After all, we had already paid for these items. I am so angry that I cannot even describe it! So, folks, my honest suggestion is that you should not even think about ordering anything from this company, unless you want to face some severe disappointment! The products we are eagerly waiting for are nothing but their bracelets, which are now being offered at half the price that I paid in full. Don't you think that if they were marked down, they would probably be in stock, and the company would want to get rid of them?

In conclusion, please stay away from this Mentality Co.! If you want to save yourself from the frustration and disappointment I'm currently feeling, then trust me, you should avoid ordering from this company. Their products might seem appealing, but the experience of dealing with their support is anything but satisfactory!

I bought some of Mentality Co.'s joggers as a Christmas present for my son this year. Despite ordering the correct size, the joggers unfortunately did not fit as expected and were much smaller than anticipated. I was disappointed to discover that all sales are final, and that there was no way to exchange the joggers for a different size or receive a refund.

As a result, I was stuck with a pair of joggers that nobody in my household could wear, which was frustrating in and of itself. To make matters worse, I found that the joggers were significantly overpriced - I paid $80 for a quality that was, in my opinion, lacking.

When I attempted to reach out to Mentality Co. and return the joggers, I quickly discovered that their customer service was extremely disappointing. I received several rude emails in response, which were far from the kind, courteous treatment that I expected and deserved as a customer. I felt that I was being treated unfairly and unprofessionally.

Despite returning the joggers to Mentality Co., I have no guarantee that they have actually received them or refunded me the $80 that I initially paid. This is deeply concerning and has left me feeling deeply frustrated and angry.

As a result of this poor experience, I will not be shopping with Mentality Co. again in the future. I also plan to share my negative experiences with my colleagues in the fitness industry, including my fellow fitness professionals, athletes, and clients. I simply cannot believe the level of rudeness and poor customer service that I encountered with this company. It's clear that they need to improve their practices if they want to remain competitive and reputable in the future.

about your shipping and customer service. It's really frustrating to pay for something and never receive it. Mentality Co. needs to step up their game if they want to keep customers. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. It makes me feel like the company doesn't care about their customers at all.
