I called the Miles team two times and they asked me to fill out the contact form and two times I did. Yet I don’t see any action from your side!
Please note that my correct mileage account from beginning is [protected]. I am not sure how I got another account which should not be there. All my travel points including my family members were supposed to have credited to account number [protected]. I have not received points from:

Booking # 8V957P (my own travel)
Booking # 9374AG
One of the reasons I booked my tickets on Lufthansa is for getting Miles Points but I deprived of eligible points!
