I tried to log in to my personal account in August 2025. I was requested, for the first time, to set up a 5 digit PIN code. This process requires a 2 factor authentication by receiving an SMS message with a one time code.
I leave in a country that the mobile operator does not allow this service.
On August 19th, I opened a case to resolve the issue. Case ID 1J9 - 5MI - Q0N.
I supplied the requested information, but still, for the past 3.5 month, the issue was not resolved. In addition, there is no pro-active update nor prospect for resolving the issue.
