They replaced my roof. It is gorgeous. They helped with my home insurance and I only had to pay 20% of the cost. From start to finish it was about 6 weeks because we had to wait for the insurance approval.

Mid-Atlantic not only worked smoothly with my insurance agent but was professional, courteous and after they installed a new roof the clean up was impressive. I worked with Leroy Young and he was incredible. I highly recommend this company.

His crew came out and installed a new roof for me and fixed the bad parts of the wood. The crew came out and did a great job i will be recommending this company to friends and family. We recently replaced our roof after noticing shingles missing due to wind events. Mid Atlantic Remodeling Company helped us through this process working with our insurance company. The final product is very nice - an architectural shingle roof! The workers were on time and did a good job, and they cleaned up debris before departing. We would like to commend Kelly Thompson who worked with us every step along the way - she is super.

Mid-Atlantic was referred to us by a family member who used them to replace their roof. It was by far an amazing referrral! Eddie made the process of dealing with the insurance company seamless and painless. He and the team that installed our roof are experts at their jobs and we now have a beautiful new roof that also gives us the peace of mind that we will not have any additional repairs due to the previously damaged roof. We highly recommend Eddie and Mid-Atlantic for their excellent customer service, workmanship, and quality product.

This was an interesting experience. No hustle from the Contractors Project Manager, Eddie Brown, which also assumes the role of salesman. Excellent follow through. Worked through the various insurance problems with State Farm to my benefit. New roof and full clean up in one day, outstanding. Better than most of my experience with contractors. Our deductible was high and on Mr. Brown's advice we changed to a much lower deductible for $98.00 more per year. Funny how our insurance agency never mentioned that detail. Good job to all. I would recommend them for a roofer.

I knew I needed a new roof, but didn't want to deal with taking care of it on my own. My salesperson, Kelly worked with the insurance company on my behalf and took care of everything. Kelly was extremely patient and understanding with my husband and me as we are both thorough and ask a lot of questions. She was very informative on roofs and the insurance claims process. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. She also kept me informed throughout the process. She also took her time to go up on the roof and take pictures before, during, and after the install. The roof was completed in one day and looks fantastic. The workers thoroughly cleaned upon completion. The March damaging windstorm left me at some odds with my home insurance claims service, because it was mid-May before I could even get an acknowledgement of my many emails and voicemails from my attempting to file a claim. Finally, the insurance company outsourced an appraisal service which was good but not sufficiently complete. I had the good fortune to meet Kelly Thompson from the Mid-Atlantic Remodeling Company. Kelly gave me the synopsis of their company's services and arranged for me to meet Mike, the company president, for a much more detailed discussion of service options, work processes, warranties, and limitations. The Mid-Atlantic Remodeling Company represented me as proxy to my home insurance company for an appraisal adjustment and an additional claim payment to get the right materials and labor to do a first-class job on my home. My insurance company adjusted the original appraisal upwards to cover the additional material and labor identified by the Mid-Atlantic Remodeling Company. All of the back and forth and revisions to the original appraisal were handled by Mid-Atlantic Remodeling Company, and all I had to do was write checks after the insurance company paid the upwardly revised amount. Kelly coordinated the best roof repair date based on my availability and the appropriate weather for the roof reconstruction. All of the necessary materials were delivered the evening before the work would start, and the roofing crew showed up bright and early the next morning. Kelly was up on the roof with the crew, photo-documenting each phase of the process and ensuring the best possible outcome was accomplished. By mid-afternoon my 4,000+ home had a brand new roof with high-grade 50-year architectural shingles. I am 100% satisfied with the people, professional services, and results provided by the Mid-Atlantic Remodeling Company. I have recommended this company to friends and neighbors alike, and would not hesitate to do business with them again. Thanks to Kelly Thompson and the people from Mid-Atlantic Remodeling Company, I had a big win in today's world of overly-hyped and non-delivery sham businesses.
