Being followed and profiled while she is nice to some customers she has yet to ask if I need help or how I was doing instead she follows me around the store and has a hateful attitude towards me. I spend a lot of money in this store as well as my friends, but seeing as how I have complained 4 times before and still nothing has changed I will take my 4 to 6 hundred a week business to joanne where I can shop without rude employees stuck up my [censored]. Me and everyone I know will no longer shop in the Moscow store due to the old lady manager that works there. She should not have a job in customer service if she doesn't know how to treat a customer
