Purchased my wedding rings from Michael Hill In Orland Park, IL in 2012. My husband's name is Mark Nilsson. Every year since 2012 we have had them serviced for the band cracking and diamonds constantly falling out. I have barely even been able to wear these rings since I got married. It has been a nightmare. We purchased the lifetime warranty plan and they are NOW telling me I'm not allowed to trade them in? Are you kidding me? I have sent dozens of emails, left messages, my phone number, and all I get it is NOTHING. No one will help me. They told me I'm not qualified for the upgrade option and I'm stuck with these rings that keep falling apart. This is the worst jewelry company ON THE PLANET. NO ONE, I REPEAT NO ONE BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Read the hundreds of Google reviews saying the same thing. You will not find ONE good review about this company. I am stuck with these rings till I die now. I'll never be able to wear them because they keep breaking. I'm basically [censored]ed. Thanks a lot Michael Hill. I hope your entire company burns to the ground

Desired outcome: a time machine to take me back to 2012 so I can tell myself not to buy these rings from Michael Hill.
