Purchased online two pairs of silver stud earrings along with some other items (gold hoop earrings and silver pearl earring/necklace set - these were fine). One pair had faulty backing and the other pair had a missing piece. I gifted these as Christmas presents and feel horrible already by gifting cheap jewelry. I reached out to customer service and was told to take a video and pictures of the missing piece?! How hard is it to just replace the backing and the missing earring?
I have purchased a few times from Michael Hill but, no more...so many other jewelers out there with much better quality for the price.
