Took them like 3 months to finish a job that should have been done in 4-6 days. I didn't sign the paper that says it's done because it wasn't right and now I don't have the warranty. They messed up my sink when they put in the mirror and didn't even get me a new one. Instead of putting in a new fan, they just put on a new cover with some sticky black stuff that didn't even hold it up for a month before it fell down. The guy who sold me the job was Frank P. I paid them 8,982.65 with a check on June 2nd and they didn't finish until October.

We tried to tell them about our concerns, but they never got back to us after saying they would send a team to finish up. The team even set up an appointment with us, but they never showed up, and the office hasn't responded to us since then. We've been patient, but the lack of communication makes us feel like they don't care about our problems. The drywall has a lot of flaws, but they just painted over it. The trim work looks like it was done in a hurry and has a lot of issues that make it look sloppy and unfinished. One light switch has paint drips down the wall, and there's a missing light plate. The caulk in the shower around the seat is incomplete, and the shower floor creaks and moves when you step on it. These aren't huge problems, but they show that the job wasn't done well. The bigger issue is that they don't seem to care about finishing the job or communicating with us. We've been polite, but we haven't heard back from the Vice *** since August when she said she would send a repair team. I even emailed her in April 2022 to say I would contact the ComplaintsBoard.com if I didn't hear back, but still nothing.
