Messick Properties Group

Messick Properties is the group that manages my homeowners association. I've reached out to them through calls and emails (with my daughter's help because I'm old and disabled) to ask for repairs in the common areas of *** condominiums. There are light poles with wires showing, cracks in the sidewalks, and other things that need fixing, which could potentially cause me harm. I've called Zachary L, who works for Messick on-site, multiple times, but he hasn't returned any of my calls. My daughter has also emailed Pat Messick, but we've had the same lack of response. I even asked for the name of the BOD, but they didn't bother replying to that email either. I have proof and pictures if necessary. They're not taking the owners' complaints seriously and are being negligent.
