Merritt Roofing just replaced my roof and did a great job. I worked with Victor Hernandez who was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Procedures and schedules were accurate and the workmanship was right on the mark. I would definitely recommended Merritt Roofing to family and friends.

Susan and Will were very accommodating and professional through the entire process. The installers arrived promptly on the day and time promised and worked very hard to complete the job in a day, including clean-up. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone considering a new roof.

Merritt Roofing came out to our home and did an excellent job on a roof tune up repair. We purchased the house with a few items that needed attention. Merritt was able to execute the necessary minor reports as part of a roof tune up. Merritt Roofing was great! Evan helped us every step of the way as we had to go through denials from our insurance company and hire a public adjuster. He went out of his way to help us put tarps on our roof to prevent more leaks while we waited for the claim to be resolved. The crew that installed the roof did a great job and worked all day long to ensure that it was completed as soon as possible. We absolutely love our new roof and would definitely recommend this company!

Merritt Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. John was our project manager and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly. The crew completed our roof in about 8 hours and left our property completely clean with no leftover nails or debris. We were amazed and completely satisfied! I found Merritt Roofing on the ComplaintsBoard.com website and decided to call and see if a claim was warranted after some hail in the area. Merritt sent Ethan B, to check the damage and he found enough to warrant a claim, which was instigated with my insurance company. Ethan as the project manager has worked tirelessly to get things done, my insurance company uses a 3rd party claim adjusting service which dropped the ball on the claim but Ethan was on top of the process. The roof was replaced with great results in a short time, Thanks Merritt Roofing. "

Incredible from start to finish. James came after a storm and put us at ease, he worked with our insurance company and is continuing to do so. This work was scheduled, they arrived early and worked STRAIGHT through the day. My roof looks beautiful now and I don't have to worry about any leaks! His crew was polite, happy (you can tell they enjoy what they do) and the clean up was BEYOND my expectations. My plants, BBQ, were moved and put back in the exact place. Tarps were used, there is no remnants of the old roof, no nails left anywhere. I would highly recommend this company!

Our insurance company originally was only going to cover to replace half of our roof. We called Merritt Roofing they came out and explained to us that the entire roof needed to be replaced not half like our insurance company claimed. Merritt worked with our insurance company and was able to get us approved to have the entire roof replaced. Susan who works in the office is great. She stayed on top of our claim and made sure we were taken care of. Chris the owner is very nice and helpful. William is also very friendly and easy to work with. Merritt did a great job on replacing the roof. The workers were polite, worked hard and cleaned up everything after the job was done. I would highly recommend using Merritt Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

I used this roofing company recently, they highly recommended from a co-worker and a guy that use to do roofing work.I was blown away by the excellent customer service Evan gave.I am still a new homeowner for 6years and never had to file an insurance claim for a roof. Evan helped me with my claim after he inspected my roof. If I had any questions about roofing like choosing tiles and insurance jargon during the claim process Evan was able to answer them. This company is honest they provide you with true estimates and a great final product. they provide pictures throughout the whole process of completing the roof. Once the work was completed he even came by to double check too make sure it was up to his company standard. If you need a honest and professional company with great work I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Evan you made my home look 100 times better with the new roof.

Merritt Roofing was recommended to us by a public adjuster. Victor was very diligent in contacting us and assisting us in every step of the way. He was here during the initial inspection by our insurance company adjuster and the day our new roof was installed. They provided us with various options for the shingles and explained every step that would be taken when removing the old shingles and installing a new roof. More importantly, they assisted us with making sure we had all the relevant information required to file our claim and offered to assist us in any way when speaking with our insurance company. To our surprise, the day the roof was installed, even the owner passed by to check on the progress and bring additional materials, which you don't see often with big companies like this one. Overall, we had a great experience with them and would highly recommend Merritt and Victor to anyone looking to file a claim or replace their roof!
