I was very impressed with King Roof and the job they did. So much that I refered my two neighbors and they got their roof done as well. They were always on time and left everything clean at the end of the job. Great job! In addition, I want to thank Rosendo Ruiz for the awesome job of guiding me through the complex Insurance policy process, and I'm grateful for that! I would highly recommend King Roof to any one because of their great work!

My experience whit Luis Olivera in Kingroof was amazing this guy came and knock on my door giving me a smile and once he start talking I tried to explain him that I'm deaf, he open his eyes and look at me like no problem. Then he asked me if I can read and I say yes. After that he write down all the process and explain to me, he help me to call the insurance and make the claim for me also. He is very nice looking guy and I recommend this company 100% I'm very satisfied whit my new roof and Olivera service.

Rosendo Ruiz was absolutely amazing! His ability to deal with the insurance company after being denied twice was exceptional. He was a "bull dog" in his own way to get the job done. He has completed 6 projects in my neighborhood alone. All my neighbors were very satisfied and at least 4 were denied by insurance the first time. The group that was assigned to do my new roof was great. Clean-up was perfect and they worked hard from 6 am until 5 pm completing project in one day. I am definitely a referral candidate! 👊🏽

Alejandro and her team were very professional and walked me through the process from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with my new roof. It only took 1 day to remove my old roof and install a new one. They took great care in removing landscaping lights, covering AC unit etc. They cleaned up all debris as well. I didn't have to lift a finger after they left. Staff is very considerate and professional. I have referred them to all my friends and family. They even gave me a gift as an appreciation. What an AMAZING process this has been working with Rosendo Ruiz & King Roof. I actually overheard Rosendo talking to a homeowner in another community and then asked him a few questions and my family's relationship with King Roof was off to the races...IMMEDIATELY! The company is amazing. Rosendo from King Roof Renovations came knocked on my door a year ago, but I turned him down. However, he came back on August 17. He asked me if he could help inspect my roof because many roofs in my neighborhood got damaged. I said go ahead, and once he did, I found out that God sent him to me to save my investment. After the inspection, it was determined that I needed a new roof. Rosendo worked with my insurance and got me a new roof in less than a week. He is very polite, nice, and helpful. I would highly recommend King Roof Renovations to anyone who is looking to replace or get a new roof.

My experience with King Roof was great!
I enjoyed working with their representative, John. He made the process a lot easier than I thought it would be. John met with my husband and I and explained everything. He was very thorough. And it went pretty much as he outlined. The crew showed up on time, they made sure to cover our plants, shrubs and outdoor furniture to protect them. They worked all day and were done by the end of the day! I love our new roof! I didn't go with traditional black and I'm so happy that I didn't. I would definitely recommend King Roof. Ask for John Smith.

First of all I can't say enough about the individuals that work for the company names Adolfo & Bryan. Their team of painters and general contractors are incredible and their attention to detail amazed me. I can't brag enough about them and the time and quality to complete the job. I would recommend and use this organization again. Everything they say is true and really come through to please their customers and go above and beyond even after the job is done. I had a roof and my entire house painted by the company. Hats off and I commend Adolfo & Bryan for a job well done.

We are very pleased with the roofing work done in our home. Rosendo Ruiz was very helpful throughout all the process, he explained how everything was going to be and helped dealing with the insurance company. We didn't think we would be approved but we did thanks to his ability to handle everything. He made sure the work was done according to what was talked about, everything happened exactly as he said it would, the crew showed up on time and in one day the job was done. King Roof was a breath of fresh air. Rosendo worked with my insurance company and was very professional and caring. My insurance company, although i had the best policy they provided, wanted to patch my roof where a tree fell through it, Rosendo managed to get the entire roof replaced. I will be forever grateful for his time and effort to get them to do what was right. Months of negotiations. My shingles were discontinued so a patch job would have looked awful. Thanks to Rosendo, the entire roof is new and looks great! 16 years of premiums and one claim that had to be fought for. Excellent customer service from king!

Ive dealt with several companys in my lifetime and I can honestly say that King Roof Renovations was one of the most professional and courteous businesses Ive ever dealt with. I was curious about their work after seeing the great jobs that they did in the community in which I live. After a while, I approached Mr. King about doing my roof. He set up a date to explain to me the process and the rest is history. Mr. King was very professional, patient and courteous. King Roof Renovations with King Roof was awesome. I have been trying to get my roof replaced for almost two years. Dealing with the insurance company was a real hassle and trying to find a contractor I could trust was even harder. But King Roof came in, asked for two weeks and he would get my roof replaced and he did just that. He took over my roofing project. Worked with the insurance company to get my entire roof replaced and not just the front half that was approved originally. And this was all done within two weeks. King Roof was a real joy to work with always upbeat and he was on my side. A straight shooter and his word was bond. Rosendo Garcia and the King Roof Team accessed my roofing needs, displayed the high quality materials and assured me promptness and efficiency...WELL, their follow-thru was impeccable!
Rosendo, handled ALL the paperwork and communications with my insurance company. Everything he said he'll do was timely and on point; from the estimate, to the roof application, to clean up. The roofing materials were picked, a date for installation was set, the crew arrived and the project was completed! Installation, clean-up and walk around was all done in 1 day.
My wife and I were so very impressed with Rosendo's "down to earth-ness". His people skills are very genuine and professional...you don't get to experience that level of customer service often enough.

Omg! Amalia and Adolfo you guys at King Roofing are Fabulous.. I message 5 companies about new roof because of the hurricane that hit Georgia. Not even 3 minutes I get a text from Amalia and she ask for my address to give me a quote. About 4 minutes went by I get a text with the layout off my actual roof with measurements from all angles and a price. All of this was done after hours cause I work at night. We set an appointment to go over everything and we did Amalia and Adolfo help me with everything cause Adolfo said they are a 1 stop shop and they really are,snap shot application on there phone to show you your actual home with different color variations of shingles onto can see what your home will actually look like after the process. They ordered my material right at the table set date and time when the roofing crew arrives. They arrived on time had fun installing and watching those guys do there job,that crew that did my roof was the best. Amalia came out on a Saturday and stayed the entire day. Did a walk around to make sure everything was gd and she said she will come back the next morning and do another walk around. WOW and that day was Sunday.How many companies do you know would come back the next day . We had 2 small touch ups and she got the guys to come sunday with her , now tell me does this sounds like an Awesome company or what.And they did our drywall as well...And we love our roof..Thank you Amalia for your professionalism,dedication and hard work.Thank u King Roof...

I can truly say King Roof Renovations services and performance was truly excellence and above and beyond what I expected.

I rarely write these for businesses these days since I retired from the military in the Acquisition and Logistics career field for over 20 years. Mainly, because I have written hundreds of these while I serving as an Acquisition and Logistic manager in the military as a profession around the world. My experience with vendors/contractors has been from writing contracts, negotiating contracts, awarding contracts and evaluating and monitoring the contractor's performance before final payment. I have extensive experience in Construction, I.T, Services and Supply contracts. My experience with King Roof Renovations was above and beyond excellence's service and performance by it's employees. I am writing this because they TRULY DESERVE it for their great performance.

This was my experience from beginning to end. I needed a new roof due to wind damage. From experience, I know to get three quotes. In this case I decided to looked at two other roofers that were in the community currently working. When I researched the following checklist about them I wasn't to pleased with my finding.

Is the company currently register/located in the State of Georgia?
Is the company insured?
Are their employees insured when working?
What is your Warranty on Workmanship?
What is your Warranty on materials used?
Are the materials used on the roof highly rated?
What is your office address?
Is the company listed on the ComplaintsBoard.com?

So, I decided to call King Roof Renovations after seeing their sign in a neighbor's yard.
I spoke with *** Ruiz a sales representative. He stated we could meet the next day. But, I told him I needed to schedule a inspection by my insurance company and get the final paperwork of what the insurance company would cover. He understood and even ask if I would like for him to be there for the inspection by the insurance. This I felt was a good ideal because I would get a better evaluation of my roof condition.

Lesson Learned: The sooner the insurance company completes the inspection and estimate cost covered by your insurance the soon the roofing project can start. This was the most time consuming part of the whole roofing project. Direct Deposit also cut time on awaiting a check from insurance company. Also, HOA approval needs to completed prior if in HOA Community. My only requirement from the HOA was the shingles had to be Architectural Shingles and a photo and shingles website. Also the color must already be in the the subdivision and prove them at least two colors I wish to use. You have to get this done soon as possible. Getting these things done speeds up the process.

After, I got the paperwork all done. I called *** Ruiz of King Roof-ing to negotiate a fair price, payment plan and timeline for the work. I also informed him of the following checklist expectations I have.

Completion Timeline not to exceed 2-days with the exception of weather.
Employees stay off neighbors property.
A inventory list of supplies to be delivery
Final invoice provided stated "Paid in Full" after final payment
Warranties of workmanship and material provided once completed.
No trash in gutters.
No working or placing things on the AC units.
Clean up of all trash and debris on my property and near by homes property when completed (Critical task). How a company clean up can tell you a lot about them.

Lesson Learned: Prior to work starting remove items you feel...may get damage once the roof removal start such as solar light, camera and plants that are close to the home. Also, keep the AC unit turn off and cover unit the roof is complete. To keep nails and debris from falling into.

After all paperwork was done. The roofers started on the day we negotiated. The roofer team that worked on my home was EXCEPTIONAL. These guys may not have on matching shirts which is a plus for any company. But, from my experiences with numerous contractors. They were PERFECT they were experienced and focused. And most important they were dress for no matter what weather comes..they were ready...and give me comfort my roof will get done properly, professionally and timely. Working with numerous contractors in my past. I could see their experience in roofing in their eyes and demeanor. They had EVERY TOOL you could name and more...I was Totally, Totally happy with them. There was no Lolly-gagging and they conducted themselves very professionally and kept to timeline. All I had to do was stay out their way...

Timeline:

Day One-Supplies and Dumpster arrived and inventory (*** and I coordinated the placement of supplies and dumpster in the driveway.)
Day Two- Roofer arrived and completed the roof.

Summary:

King Roof Renovations new located at 1930 Airport Industrial Park Drive SE, Marrieta Ga 30060. I wrote in the address because I like for you the reader to know I check the address/telephone. I also checked three others homes they worked on before they started working on my home.

They provided a Fair Price and Quality Roofing Materials. They provided the Warranties on the labor and materials. Their roofers were excellence, timely and professional with years of roofing experience and hands on training.

If this Roofing Project was a movie. The Romo's, Staff, roofers and I would be the co-stars. The star would be *** Ruiz. The Sale Representative, *** from beginning to end was on point always. This young man is knowledgeable, experienced and professional beyond his years in the roofing business. He was a true multitasker. He kept the project on track and kept all tasks and documentations in order. When, I first started with him..I explained to him. His words meant nothing to me...until his company puts it in writing. The Staff of King Roof Renovations and him provided everything I asked in a timeline manner and kept to their word. They also brought me roof up to Georgia Code. Documentation provided was Truly Professional Digital/hardcopy. Lastly, *** and I completed final Inspection and payment of project.

Note to owner: It would be good to have ***'s photo on your website. So people know he is with your company. As a customer this is the first place I check when researching your company. Every month roofers come through the neighborhood. Some are good and some are scammers. This does give me as a customer some comfort that the company is legit. Because, I can see you and your Sales Representative that knock on the doors.
