Markets itself as an insurance company for small businesses. Provides terrible insurance. Customer service is not helpful at working with providers to make sure that patients medical needs are being addressed. They are RUDE when providing assistants (specifically: Irvin). They will not forward you to the correct department. You have to go through the same number and hope you choose the correct menu prompts to get to the correct department. The "correct" prompts are not reflective of the call at all.
Recommendation: Not recommended. They are taking your money and not providing support for baseline medical services that SHOULD be provided at minimum.
