I went to Mercedes-Benz of Fresno on 2/20 and agreed to buy a used car for a price
I went to Mercedes-Benz of Fresno on 2/20 and agreed to buy a used car for a price. While doing the paperwork, I saw a line under the price for an extra $1895.00. I asked the salesman *** about it, and he said it was for *** paint and fabric protection. I said I didn't want or agree to this product. *** told me it was already installed, and I had to pay for it. When I said I wouldn't pay for it, he got mad and started bullying me to try and make me accept and pay for it. I left the dealership and wondered how many people don't catch this or are pressured & bullied into accepting and paying for it. I emailed the owner of the dealership to complain, but I haven't heard back.
