Water purifying machine
I am Pet Velaphi Khumalo residing at Ermelo, Mpumalanga. I have purchased the Water Purifying Machine 4 years back but since last year 2021 the machine stop working and the people I purchased through they are not assisting me they said they are nolnger working there, they refer me to someone who their supervisor he does not pick up my calls, he does not respond from my whatsupp please help me.

In 2018 I bought the above mentioned product via their rep on credit. After 2 months the cable for water purification did not work. I contacted their rep which sold the item to me and she gave me a number and told me to call a lady by the name of Pinky in Port Shepstone KZN and I did. I tried several times to call this lady but she did not answer the phone rang untill it went on voicemail. I was told that I will pay R350 for 36 and the last payment will be in end of October 2021 but till to date Medizone is still deducting money on my account. I tried phoning their office in Durban but could not get through. I am over charged for a product that is not even working properly. This matter is affecting me in a negative way as I am struggling now financially.
Desired outcome: Assistant me with replacement of a faulty water purifier cable and stop deducting money on my account and refunding me the money that has been deducted as from November 2021.

Would like to return the whole thing and claim my money back
I bought the Medizone spa via a consultant by the name of Kitso Maleke. I received the machine during the load shedding period, he tried to show me how it works. He promised to come back when the lights are on which never happened. After I helped myself to use the machine from what he showed me the machine only worked for three weeks. I contacted Kitso via e-mail for assistance, he never responded until I called. He then promised to come through to my house to take the broken mat and replace it. I then met him while in suspense and still made promises to come which never happened. I now would like to return the whole thing and claim my money back as I am paying a fortune for something I cannot use.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I have been paying R695.00 since 2018 and to date they are still debiting for a R17 000.00 . I tried to call the company to no Vail. I tried to stop the debit with my bank so that they can call me. I have not even received a statement. They are still debiting using a different name
Bought machine october 2019 and i have been paying till now . I was told that the machine was on special of 16000 and now when i ask for statement it shows that i still have balance of 20500 and the original price was 40500 and i have paid 19000 and some change .how is that posible.
