This is the worst place to go if you are sick. I waited in the express care on wilkens ave for 2 hours while I had a fever and a pounding headache 😫 NEVER AGAIN . Nurse Practitioner comes our cussing acting a fool. While patients are standing in the waiting room the doctor go to get food the nurse tells him to take his time he said oh don't worry I am . I get having to eat but to leave for 2 hours to get food while you have sick children and sick people waiting for you it's just wrong. Not to mention every time you come into this place it reeks of marijuana it's like the government gave everybody a free pass to get high and now the people who don't smoke it have to endure the stench.

My two year old son tested positive for Influenza B and the doctor sent him home with no medicine whatsoever. I have never had a bad experience with express care until now and I will never take my children back to this location at the Festival in Bel air.

I was a walk-in and I totally understand the wait. However I was just only going inside for a COVID test. I arrived at 2:00pm and I waited outside in the heat. The employees said that you'll get a number. However when you get a text it's the wrong order. They're not letting anyone sit inside and it's extremely hot outside. I am just trying to figure out why the wait is so long this very unacceptable at this point.

I went there to do TB Test They asked me to pay upfront fee which i did. after that they asked me to go Chest X-Ray and i had good insurance. i clearly asked if anything i need to pay for X-ray they said these are follow-up test after and you will not be charged for anything . after 2 weeks i got mail with 100$+ bill . this is ridiculous . we called customer care to fix billing they said local center guys dont know anything about billing. still i need to pay billing amount . they are cheater . i could have done these test free as per my insurance but they guys are money looters .

I went to a express care in Owings Mills, Maryland after a car accident. They gave me the run around and made me pay out of pocket just to look at my hand because they did not offer xray. They then told be that I had to pay another $60 on top of the $200 if I wanted a brace or anything for my arm. I had to go to a different location to offer xray since they told me after the fact. I have been calling for 3 weeks now trying to get my results back and they keep saying "whats your name and number ill give you a call back" and never call back. Thank God i didn't actually break anything. However, I still have pains in my hand and everything was left untreated with no further instructions.

I came to express care at the festival of Bel Air to get a rapid COVID-19 test for a preop requirement and was treated rudely by Melanie. The website says they do rapid Covid-19 testing but she said they don't do that here and when I tried to explain that it says it on the website that that was one of the services she was laughing at me. I was under the understanding that it was federally mandated for Covid testing to be no charge but yet she said there is a charge and we do bill your insurance company. I will never come to express care again and for Melanie to be in the medical field she has no bedside manner and her customer service skills or nonexistent. I wouldn't of even given them one star but I had to choose some thing

Had an appointment at the Smyrna, DE facility on 11/15. The appointment went well and everyone I talked to was very polite and respectful. However, one year later I received a bill from a collection agency for $37.54 which included a collection fee of $9.73. This was the very first time I knew I had an outstanding bill there. I realize that I owe the $27.81 and I have no reservations about paying that amount. I do NOT like paying for collections when I did not receive a bill in the first place. There should not be any problems with my address since i've been living at the same place for over 30 years.
To avoid hassles, I've payed the entire $37.54. I would however like to be refunded the $9.73. I know you have my correct address, but I'll repeat it here anyway:

AVOID! I went in for a COVID Test for International travel. I was advised that the standard covid test could not make it in time. So was referred with a rapid by the front desk. I told the nurse and DR. I was travelling to Turkey for surgery. I went to the airport with my results and was turned away and not allowed to board. All 3 individuals I spoke with knew the test was only for international travel. Well, I called back and was told that next day, I should have never been offered the rapid test. Same-Day testing was 1/2 the price for a PCR Covid test. It took 12hrs for results! I had to re do everything from time off from work, re do the flight and set up a new date for surgery. This company now cost me thousands of extra dollars and when I spoke with the manager she wouldnt even take blame. I was told it was my fault. Who knew there was a difference from a rapid and a standard test.? To my understanding their is a rapid CPR test which they don't offer. I was there for 2 hrs. Just to take the rapid. Go elsewhere for your buisiness.

Today I experienced the worse service ever. After checking my son in at 12:56pm, I was asked to wait in the car. After waiting in the car for almost an hour, I called the office and was told to come inside. When my son and I walked in the receptionist never acknowledged us, instead she proceed to talk to one of the other staff. Once she finished her conversation and then a phone call she asked our name. After locating my sons name on the list she said (in a condescending way) that there were 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ...11 people in front of us and they we would just have to go back into our car. When I asked to speak to someone else she said that that would never happen. When I asked her name she said that it was Brenda and that was all that I would get. When I asked who ran the facility, Brenda asked me If it would be so surprising that it was her. Then she proceeded to raise her voice at me. When I told her I am the customer and should never be treated this was, she said just because I'm the customer does not make it right for me to demand to be seen and respected. Brenda told me that I would be waiting much longer now that I have complained. When I asked for her supervisor s name Brenda refused to provide a name. She said that the best that she could do was to give me the name of the corporate web site (www.whywaitintheer.com). Brenda then asked me to move aside, when I refused she said that she was calling someone for me. She called someone and told them that I was rude and would not step aside. After waiting for a few minutes listening to her explain to some that I should just go away. I decided to leave, take my son someplace else, and express my discontent with Brenda and Express Care Urgent Care. This is the worse place to go. Take my advise and go someplace other than the Express Care Urgent Care in Bowie, Md. NEVER VISIT THIS SITE. Express Care Urgent Care in Bowie, Md should be closed!

I keep getting bills for $30 balance I already paid. I keep getting billed for $30 balance I already paid. Most recent bill and paid receipt are attached.

Never billed - sent to C&C Services rendered on 1/20. Card on file w/ vendor and never received a seperate bill. Recd note from C&C this month charging upwards on $100+ in fees. After leaving 2 messages with no return phone call I finally got through today. C&C wouldnt waive them and no one takes calls at urgent care or responds to emails sent to their weblink. I owe $232.36 and they are trying to charge $313.69. No one will discuss the issue and *** says I have to talk to urgent care there is nothing they can do. Very frustrating!

Had an appt for a COVID test. They refused to see me because I would not leave a credit card on file in case my insurance did not cover everything. I made an appointment on line for a COVID test. Upon arrival I signed in and then retreated back to my car. They called me in when they were ready for me. I was asked to provide my insurance card and photo ID. No problem. Then I was told they would need my credit or debit card to keep on file in case I owed them any money. I asked why they needed that, I was informed that because I have commercial insurance, ***, not Medical Assistance, that they require that in case I owe any money after my visit. I reiterated, that I was only there for a COVID test. They told me that they don't just do COVID test, that you are required to see one of their doctors and they might want to run other test, etc... I said, well I'm not doing that, that is against the law. They said well we require that. I then said are you refusing to see me, if I do not provide you with a credit or debit card for you to keep on file, the three of them looked at each other and the young lady said yes. I again said, just so we are clear, you are refusing to see me if I do not leave a payment card on file, and the same young lady said yes. They do not say any of this on-line. I even called the day before and spoke with someone and there was no mention of anything that I was told when I showed up for my appointment.
