Statement dated 9/17/2024 - shows payment of $225.00 posted solely to interest! After speaking with alexia, 10/7/24 at approx 1:45 pm eastern - she reviewed my payment history for the last year and indicated I had missed july 2024 payment. After checking my checking account payment history - medallion payment history is wrong! According to my checking account history there were two (2) payments made in june - one on the 13th and one on the 24th. Medallion needs to correct your error! I have not missed one payment since the beginning of this loan! And, pretty much your customer service sucks! Ellen brennan

Desired outcome: Correct Medallion error in payment history - apply ALL LOAN PAYMENTS CORRECTLY - i.e. total payment, principal payment, interest payment!
