MCM Worldwide

I made a purchase on 12/11 for a $700 bag from MCM Worldwide. The expected delivery date was 12/18. However, when I checked the tracking, it showed that my package had been signed for by someone named Edward and marked as "delivered." I don't know anyone named Edward, and I certainly didn't receive the package. I immediately contacted MCM to let them know about the issue. They told me that UPS would reach out to me for further information, but unfortunately, UPS never contacted me. I tried calling them multiple times to get an update on the case, but they declined to investigate further, citing the signature as proof of delivery. However, the signature wasn't mine, so it should be clear that the package was never handed directly to me. The representatives from MCM were not helpful, and even when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they were rude. Considering that MCM is a wealthy company, I expected them to have better solutions for lost or stolen packages. Their products are expensive, so it's disappointing that they don't offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items. This kind of situation happens frequently, and I'm frustrated that I didn't get my money back for the bag I never received. It's difficult to prove that I never received the item other than stating it, and it's disheartening to see $700 go to waste. I still hope to receive a refund if possible.
