Hi, ATTN to whom it may concern.
I'm Sam here from Singapore and resided at west Malaysia, incidents took [protected]@ matang hilir patronas ATM machines...

I would like the above mentions name of staff to be send for further studies on foreign customers personal Atm cards regards communications has breakdown between own staff ...dissapointment sadness angry all had arise cos I'm supposed to received my dbs ATM card back in safe hands but was being destroy by may bank staff while being approach by shahrin Mgr and asst mgr they can simply said your card has been cut off .after I had confirm on dbs and may bank for not to destroy my ATM earlier and both parties had acknowledge it and understand my hard situations here..but matang staff told me simply had been cut into two piece ooh heart my mind went crazy after what has been said by the mgr and the asst mgr with a sarcastic face...I really wish the head dptmt could do something to this 3 person asap due to we have to be cleared on customer request and I believed there should has been a time frame to be given to the customer if the customer wasn't report on the mention status then they will be authorise on taking any actions against the card.I was sick, weak and I need to cash out the cash for my medications needs but ( may bank ) has done me more damage.speechless for now...hope the management could look forwards of what i had said and wish something could be done..and will look forwards on press so the world should be aware on how may banks works on foriegns ATM card holders which can access worldwide...
