Platinum roofing did an awesome job on my roof and gutters. The installers where professional and took the time to tarp off and clean the area of any job debris. The Platinum family has been great at communicating the job timeline and also the match a competitor price! I'd go with platinum roofing again if I had another roof.

If I could give them a higher number I would, the workers from the ladies who drove the hauling truck to the workers who did my roof were all wonderful and speaking with Mr. Michael Platinum senior, to his son, to the young lady tat answers the phone to Mr. Wndell Platinum omg such professionals would most definitely be calling on them again.

The service that I received from Platinum Roofing was excellent from my initial call of inquiry through to the booking , scheduling and completion of the job. My insurance company gave us 90 days to fix our roof after moving in just a month ago. I told the good folks at Platinum Roofing my situation and they gave me honest answers to my questions. They did the work in 2 days, cleaned up everything, workers were nice, and the roof is beautiful. Good people over there. Will be referring all friends and family.

This is the most unprofessional, dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Do NOT do business with them. They tell you one thing and do another. They say they are going to show up at a certain time on a certain day, and never showed up. And they didn't even call to let me know - how unprofessional. I would give them a negative 3 stars! All I can say is professional, timely, and my roof looks like I paid 20,000 or more. This company is personable they offer a great warranty and stand behind their product. What's even more impressive is the entire roof including clean up was completed in about 5 hours. If you need a roof and are looking for high quality, honest and professional service look no further. This company was extremely professional from our initial phone call with receptionist to job completion. They provided a clear presentation of services, and contract with warranty. No worries about warranty because roof was top quality. We love our new roof. We look forward and feel comfortable making referrals to Platinum Roofing.

I had three companies come to my home with high pressure sales tactics and extremely high prices. Michael with Platinum Roofing was a complete gentleman and treated us the way a customer should be treated. The workers were polite and friendly they did a fantastic cleanup job and I only have good things to say about my new roof. Most of all there is a true sense of pride when your neighbors come and tell you, "you have a beautiful roof and a beautiful home". If you appreciate your hard-earned dollar rather you have one house or five you should give these guys a call.

I had serious roof damage done to my house. I called Platinum roofing to as the vendor for the repair. Platinum was competent, professional, and courteous. They arrived to my home, on time, and ready to work. As I observed the work crew, they were prepared and had a plan to what needed to be done and how to do it. They addressed all the issues that I noted and installed the roof in a timely manner. What was was wonderful about Platinum was their flexibility in meeting customer needs. There were minor changes that were needed and Platinum adjusted and made the changes. The price point for the repair was reasonable and within the range of the money issued by my insurance company. In all, the decision to choose Platinum Roofing, was a prudent, wise, and economical decision.

I would like to rate my experience with Platinum Roofing with Five Stars! My experience with company from negotiating the contract to the completion of work has been GREAT! Of all the roofing contractors that I considered, none offered the affordable price and extra amenities, that Platinum Roofing extended to me. They completed my roof beautifully, wrapped the poles on my porch and replaced new down spouts from my gutters for no extra charge. It took Platinum Roofing one day to complete my roof and the workers were professional and courteous. The clean-up after the installation of the roof was completed throughly and there was no debris or nails left around my property. My house looks AMAZING! I would have to credit Platinum Roofing with giving my home an incredible facelift. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for affordable, professional quality work. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

On March 27 during the covid-19 crisis Platinum Roofing installed a roof on my house. The crew ripped gutters from my house causing water to run on the house. The shingles are not lying flat on the roof. Tha chimney apron flashing was improperly installed. The owner has not inspected his crew work. I have contacted the owner many times by phone and texting with my complaints and concerns.

I signed a contract with Platinum Roofing on 8/11. They were supposed to tear off all layers of the roof, replace rotten wood, replace chimney flashing, install ice and water shield in all the valleys, install a 50-year architectural roof, and install downspouts, gutters, and inside drywall. They started the job on 9/14. They installed the flat roof, shingles, and the gutters. However, the flat roof started leaking after it rained on 9/27. The company is claiming they are done with the job, but they removed the copper flashing from the chimney and it is leaking. I informed the company about this issue, and the representative named [Name] told me they would replace the copper flashing, but they haven't done so. Additionally, they didn't complete the drywall installation, fill the valleys in the roofing, or install the ice and water shield. They only did some inside flashing but not any counter flashing. Furthermore, the crew that worked on my home didn't speak English, so I couldn't communicate with them effectively. I requested a project manager, but it seemed like there wasn't one assigned to my project. They claimed the Project Manager was in Texas. Moreover, when the crew first arrived, I couldn't identify them as Platinum Roofing because they had no identification.
