On today Juliy 1, 2009 I entered the Landover store to return murchandise I searched for the reciept but could not find the correct one I asked for the amount of the sale to be return to my credit card I was told no I thedn asked for management and he never showed up after waiting five minutes I went to look for him myself. I ran into another sales person and asked if he was the manager looking towards the shipping door he replied no the manager is busy and can't deal with you at this time I replied he needs to see what I want and still no he cant see you right now. I waited he did not come from the back. I went back to the front register and ask for the home office number the clerk refused to give it to me. If this is how you run your company no wonder retails are going bankrupt.

Unsatified customer because of poor management what are you going to do about IT??????
Is this another attempt to pretend the problem is solved??????????????????

    The return policy is printed on the receipt. When you shop at the store you agree to abide by their policies. Without proof that you purchased the item, a credit cannot be given to the card. The system will not allow it to go back onto a card without a receipt. The only thing that management could do would be to give you a store credit for the merchandise. It was cowardly and wrong of the manager to hide in the back, however.
