Mattress Firm review: Mattress and bed base refund.

I bought an adjustable bed base and a mattress about 35 days back. I had a severe back ache that started on the first say I slept on the mattress and continued to increase overtime. I discussed with the outlet and was initially told that there would be no refund before 21 days. I find it highly illogical to have me sleep on a bed for 21 days despite having back ache just to satisfy the companies policy! I visited the outlet from where I bought the mattress and they’re charging a 20% return fee and they said that the bed base is nonrefundable which costs around $1500. This return policy does not make sense to me when I am I have a severe medical issues and I’m also losing thousands of dollars just because of a companies inconsiderate policy who should technically be willing to compensate me because of all the discomfort I’ve been through. I’ve been sleeping on the floor because of this for the last one month. I think they should refund both the mattress and the bed base free of charge for my inconvenience and the discomfort that I am having.
