Three days after pick up of my belongings I called and texted several of their contact numbers and left multiple messages. I needed to postpone delivery, no one returned any of them. I was never able to get a person on the phone. Several days later I was contacted to tell me our belongings were out for delivery (I was still 300 miles away). I was told final payment was due that day. I wouldn't be at the location for several days. I asked to speak to her supervisor, was told he was out of the office. I had to pay via a credit card. My belongings weren't delivered until a week later. I inspected most as they came off the truck. I saw damage to a lot items and took photos. As I was unpacking things I found much more damage to items which I took photos of. I'm missing several items so far. I have called to speak to them and again no answer or response.
Claimed loss: $4,000.00
Desired outcome: Compensation for losses and damage. I have to purchase another lawn tractor, lawnmower, utility cart and much more.
