Martindale Chevrolet Martindale's charged me $75 to tow my truck to their place to get my key programmed

Martindale's charged me $75 to tow my truck to their place to get my key programmed. The lady told me the tow truck would arrive around 4:30 (I said 4:30). Then someone came to my house and told me the charger was $100 an hour. This was around 1-2:30, so I called and asked. The lady told me yes. Then I told her I couldn't afford that, so she told me I couldn't get my $75 back. We went back and forth, and I asked her why not. It was nowhere close to 4, but I didn't get it back. About 2-3 months later, I got it over there with someone pulling it for me. The lady that I exchanged words with knew who I was when she saw the truck. She continued to say that the wires hanging down from under my dashboard didn't look good. I replied that I just needed them to program my key. She said they could try, but she couldn't make any promises. It would be about 3-4 weeks until they got to it, and when they did, I still had to pay them for trying. I said okay, but she reminded me that the wires hanging from the dashboard didn't look good. She called later on, and I thought it was the beginning of the next month. She told me she couldn't program the key, but I needed to come and pay them. I had a lot of bills to pay that day, and I had to find a way. I got there, paid them for the work they hadn't done to my truck, and said I'd be back because I was running around trying to get everything done, especially my light bill. I talked to the lady again, and we exchanged words again. I told her I didn't want any problems; I was just trying to get my truck fixed. I have six kids, and I'm a single parent. She told me they weren't going to fix it and that I had to have $1000.
