My past 3 online orders from Dysfunctional M&S were paid for and delivery dates were confirmed by a M&S email.

Several dats later M& S cancelled my orders with No explanation just a long wait to be refunded to ny account.

Recently again on 13th October 2026 a new online order was accepted then a week later they cancelled my new order without any explanation just another Dysfunctional..Sorry from them.?

My account is now not needed abd as M&S are so Dysfunctional Untrustworthy and in bad finiacial trouble with ill trained fed up staff who are Operating a out of date Computer ? system that needs updating asap.

M&S in my opinion are now such a backward useless online business they are in severe trouble and My family and I will not purchase anything from them at Christmas as they can nit be trusted to deliver customers orders and therefore we will Boycott M&S as they are useless..Even M&M online are outstanding compared to M&S that is a failed business and needs to be sold off to someone who can run this crap company.
