we was complained that the MARCO Group corporation in Malaysia, they was bad service since we had already found a lot of store to change the battery for our watch g-shock, model ga-110hc-1adr but they said they don't have the machine because out screw was rusting and suggest us went to the marco coporation in malaysia .so we went to the marco coporation, the staff was saying that he cannot take this risk to fix it because our watch's screw was rusting.I was angry because as a service centre but cannot help us fix it and using some reason to refuse help us fix it, said that our watch's screw was rusting. I hope that you guys can help me to solve the problem as soon as possible.thank you
