Marble Law review: Lack of service

I've have paid Marble a total of $778.20 to date for little to no service. An now I'm being told Marble will no longer be serving my State an I an my child are being left at the mercy of the attorney who's seemingly has been disinterested in my case from the start. This is not fair, I've had to constantly do follow up calls which often went unreturned. At this point the Lawyer is blaming Marble and Marble is blaming the Lawyer for my cases being unresolved. I've had to get on foods stamps, get rental Assistance, etc. because my husband abandoned us in an apartment that was based on his salary. An left us with no means of support from him.

However ive faithful paid Marble and for what? I've gotten no help an no resolution. Marble can keep every cent they've gotten but from this point on I don't want to be charged not one more draft. I want my account to show paid in full an then closed out. All I've gained is more frustration, an an antagonistic Attorney. He told me from the beginning he got me by default because I was outside of the initial attorneys area. However he also told me this case would be resolved quickly and that has not happened. Since I've been treated me as a non existent client let's make it be so. If not I will go to the local news and the Better business bureau share with them how an abandoned woman an child were further taken advantage of when all we were seeking is legitimate help.
