CourtLinked Small Claims Court Filing

My small claims court filing was rejected by the court in which it was filed citing they were not originals. I get it - courts often appear to be looking for reasons to reject filings. I returned the signed originals to Courtlinked exactly as requested. I have to assume that Courtlinked filed copies and not the originals since the only thing I gave them were original signed documents and the court rejected them as copies. Aside from the error, when I contacted Courtlinked to help resolve, they immediately and rudely responded that I must have done something wrong and I need to contact the court to resolve it. They even sugested that I somehow had not applied an original signature? I'm not even sure how that's possible, but their communication was confrontational and clear that they were not about to help me resolve. Their approach to customer service is non-existent.

CourtLinked Small claims filling

Filled my case with Court linked in February

Was told filing could take up to 30 days

After 60 days I asked for a status update

Got a rude reply that stated they have no control of the court (understood)

Now it's mid May I received a letter from the Superior Court stating that my filing was missing a zip code

Contact Court linked about this problem

There reply was that this was my fault due to it not being on the questionnaire that I filled out

One would think that a professional service would w brought this to my attention prior to submitting to the court now I have to resubmit at wait just like starting over

My complaint is if I'm hiring a professional service they should have caught this and even though they missed it they should take responsibility not try to blame me in my opinion they are just taking the money and providing the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Desired outcome: Waiting for court date

CourtLinked Small claims assistance

Bad! It has been such an interesting journey with CourtLink. Yes they can do very rudimentary and perfunctory service. Anything just a notch over basic of the basic and they are at a loss. Their website leads one to believe they provide much more service than these amateurs are capable of performing. Even on basic stuff I have had to take the lead and help them through the process. My vision of this is a bunch of, as they say "associates", that will one day graduate, and maybe, get hired by a legal firm, only to discover you simply cannot be this sloppy while providing professional services.

They used to have an 800# listed on their website but call it and get a voice recording they don't do that level of support. Everything is handled via email, and good luck with that. If you ask more than one question, they pick the easiest one, maybe two, and ignore the rest. Also, don't make the mistake of using the support link on their website. You will never get a response from that and when questioned in one of the many, many emails back and forth, they will even deny there is a support link on their website, yet there is still exists.

To sum up, I would not ever use CourtLink ever again for any purpose.

Desired outcome: Support would have been nice.

CourtLinked scam site, do not use

They charged for services but did nothing. I had to use a different company to resolve the issue i hired courtlinked to do. once i contacted the other company the issue was resolved quickly, so i know it was possible had they actually done anything. i contested the credit card charge but they must have provided false information to the credit card company because they did not return the fee. i do not recommend!

CourtLinked 5 stars service

Demanding, Leading and Aggressive."
2/20/21
Using them for my business since 2016; a tool for every business and individual to utilize without at attorney and under $200 -$300 to obtain judgment and recovery for monies owed. Slight delayed and hard to get to customer support by phone which is understandable being an online firm and Covid19 - however, responses are usually prompt and third review left for my third case to recover unpaid balances against an unpaying client. Regardless, if you do not have the time or the knowledge, great tool/course to have since they have guided my along the small claims process; making me take payment before dismissing the case and putting pressure on the defendant.

Desired outcome: Simon McCarthy

CourtLinked Service

Sweet Productions hired Abel Aparicio, Videographer to shoot a movie trailer. Mr. Aparicio provided me with a trailer that was not industry standard.
Sweet Production requested a 3 min trailer. He provided a 10 minute trailer. I explained over and over again that I could not use it. He said that was not his problem. I wrote him a letter of complaint. He still did not make the changes. I asked him to let me review the editing. He refused. After meeting with Mr. Aparicio on 3 different occasions. It was apparent that I was not going to the service that was agreed to. So we took the product that he provided to our dissatisfaction. The Videographer, Abel Aparicio, signed an NDA. on 12/29/20.
I was informed that he was working on revising the video by another student at the school that Mr. Aparicio is affiliated with.
But I never receive a revised copy. I decided to go on social media website, facebook. On Mr. Aparicio facebook page he posted the revised video to promote his company. He had my Grandchildren on his social media site also to help promote his business. My Grand children was in my video. The other Actors did not grant him permission to use them to help promote his business as well.
Sweet Productions has to pay someone else to edit and revise the video that he provided to me. I asked repeatedly for a contract which I never received. I just received a written quote from him.
According to the NDA Mr. Aparicio was not suppose to use this footage for any reason.
This was a book adaptation to film "Momma's Blues"

Desired outcome: I want a full refund and any attorney fees and filing fees paid

CourtLinked Name change documents preparation

Good Evening!

I am giving one star because zero is not possible. I searched for help in changing one letter of my name thinking they will do a more "professional" job than if I did it myself. I just got my documents today and they are now in the trash, thanks for a whole lot of nothing.

I found them through google and I wish I had not. The documents mailed to me were not only incomplete but the parts that were filled out were totally incorrect. The reason stated for my name changed is that I am a transgender. I looked at the documents in disbelief since they came across as a firm/agency with capable people to fill out these documents. I regret not doing so myself and to top it off I paid my money including expedited services. Its a shame that they misrepresent themselves as paralegals.

In addition, even my birthday was stated as the 7th...leaving me to wonder what information were they following to get these sheets filled out if any. They sure were not mine. My birthday is no where near the 7th or anything similar. The day was stated as the 7th with no other information filled out.

I am not asking for a refund because someone out there seem to need this money greatly to do this to any individual seeking help with documents.

Please dont use their services if what you need is to fill out an application of any sort.

Sad

CourtLinked The rep spoke too much and did a little

I contacted the company www.courtlinked.com. I asked the rep to help me with the claim, and the rep started to tell me some completely useless things. I started to interrupt him, because I wasted time and money. But this guy didn’t listen to me. He hasn’t heard what I have said to him. It was so rude and unprofessional, so I told him that I didn’t need such services and hung up. It was inappropriate not to listen to me.

CourtLinked They didn't provide services, which they promised to me

My experience with the company www.courtlinked.com was awful, coz these scammers promised a lot of and told that they would help me in any way. But all their promises and speeches were real crap. I paid them money and all my problems started. I was so upset and tried to get money back, but of course it was already impossible. Stay away from these ### and post comments about your things with them.

My experience with Courtlink (so far) is not a good one and I will post an updated final review, afterwards. I paid $199.90 on 5 OCT 20 for a service this company says it provides. On 6 OCT, I requested a status update via email. No response. On 8 OCT, I emailed (again) after trying to login in to check the status of my case. Of course, couldn’t login in. Requested password assistance. Received that. Attempted logging in with the same login and password confirmed by the email sent. Still cannot login. Have written in my last email that I’m hopeful this service is not a scam, assured if it is I’m swiftly going to rectify that. Wish me luck!

I was disappointed in the company www.courtlinked.com. I used their services, but these scammers overcharged me. I saw one price on the website, but these jerks asked to pay completely different sum. When I asked the rep why there was the difference, the rep replied that they provided some additional services. WTF? These people are scammers and liars, who...

We recently contacted the company www.courtlinked.com. We handed the small claim several weeks ago, but the rep called us back and told that we needed to provide some additional papers. We found all of them and it cost rather large sum. But we provided all required info, but after that these jerks haven’t provided any reply. When we called them, it was busy all the time. Please, help us to find them.
