Malindo Airways – complaint against your ground staff and need my ticket refund

I am retired Prof.of UTM, Johor (Jahangir Bakhteri)traveling from Kabul to KL via N.Delhi(transit)on 9.12.2019.My MM2H visa in my old passport([protected])stepled with my new passport (P01126478).In spite of lot requests your ground staff didn't come to attend my prob &misd flight.I used MAS with same case in 2015with no prob.I need my tket refund
