I recently signed up for a 7 day trial for the above. I cancelled on the last day available - £14.99 was debited from my credit card account.

The help@magzster.com email domain is a ruse, I eventually made contact via a hyperlink on Reddit in order to cancel the subscription yet again - I want my money back. I also messaged the company on Facebook at the time and have heard nothing.

Claimed loss: £14.99 for a one month Magzster Gold subscription which I do not want / no longer need

Desired outcome: £14.99 returned to my credit card account
