The hotel advertise ammedities that were not available, they advertise pool service, suana, computer, fitness room and wireless service which all were out of order. The hotel did not want to offer a discount on the stay or money back. They also had a sign on the door that stated if you took food out of the breakfast area you would be charge a 50 dollar surcharge.

    That's too bad about the amenities. It would make me upset as well.

    But even though that $50 is ridiculous, they're allowed to do that.
