Magnuson Hotel Bed bugs

We got a room on 11/03/2021 and were bit by bed bugs in the room I recorded the bugs and took pictures of the Bite's and well we kept the evidenced of the bugs in a jar my name is randle and temkia both were bit she went to the doctor because she became very sick after when we asked for a refund we was denied .now I want to Sue for dangerous condi

Magnuson Hotel rooms

I stayed there Saturday night November 30, 2019 and when I walked into the room it had a bad smell and the couch in the room was nasty and had spots all of it, I had 2 towels and one had a blood stream in it and 1 wash cloth in the room. no remote in the room, my friend killed 2 roaches smh. I work up the next day and I had these bumps on me, the have to clean them rooms better and get new furniture

Magnuson Hotel about the boss jay

Us as housekeepers do what we have to do here and all he can think about is money he want fix anything we have bed bugs some of our rooms smell like dog pee and he still tell us to clean them but the smell is so sickly to were you just throw up every time and all of us housekeepers been here and we still at 7.25 a hour but the work we do we should be making at least 9.00 a hour we come in and don't have any laundry to start off with and we have new things in storage but he rather for us to use the sheets that's stained and let them get washed and then we have to put them back on and we be telling jay that theses sheets and towels are nasty and we need new ones but he still don't listen so what we are going to do as housekeepers we're coming to you to see can you all just pop up and see what we are going through cause this place is unorganized for resl

Roaches in the rooms and he so rude about giving you your money back then over charging his employees to stay there and jay and his wife under paying them so yes I'm going to the broad myself on them cause these workers need more pay

Magnuson Hotel mislead of about hotel

Booked two rooms at the Magnuson Hotel Birch Run. Only to find out upon arrival we were at a Bestwestern Motel under construction The rooms were unsafe. heater plugged into an extension cord. Light fixtures missing. bedding so old you can see through it holes in sheets and blankets. Broken office chair. I had to move the dresser to plug in tv and light. Drywall dust where towels are rooms were dirty.

Magnuson Hotel The rooms the service

The service i received at magnuson hotel is unimaginable. They were rude and racist. The lady name Melissa threw my money at me because she was upset that I asked her to talk to me more politely she didnt have no respect for my one year old daughter that witnessed everything. The men that work there barge in your room while you are getting dressed they have no respect what so ever! The rooms has holes in the wall like they are watching you. Roaches are every where

Magnuson Hotel Everything

We had a 3 night stay at this hotel, I must say this was the worst stay ever last year this was a nice place to stay that is why we stayed again this year but after this stay we will never come back to this hotel again,
I booked my rooms on line and when we arrived to the hotel at 2:30 pm they said we could not check in until after 4:00 pm I let them know our receipt said check in after 3:00 pm and not to mention the staff at the desk was very rude, once we finally got checked in we had no towels, no tissue, ants in the floor and the bathroom toilet was full of piss and smelled bad I let the front desk know about this and they was going to send a maid in to clean but we never seen a maid the whole time we was there, on the outside door they had an conditioner unit that had the cover off with wires showing it would be easy for a child to touch the wires, they also had steel rods sticking up on the concrete walk way if someone tripped they could have stabbed them selves, also the pool room was 100 degrees the health department was out checking the pool room out this of course made everyone nervous we checked in on 07-20-2015 checked out 07-23-2015 then when we did go to the desk and ask for something like tissue, towels or room service the people at the desk got an attitude and we still never got what we ask for. When we booked online and paid it said it included refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot, we did not have these things and when we asked we was told that was extra and you had to request it I told her we did request it she said she would get us one but of course we never did I was told this motel was under new owner well all I can say is maybe they should fix the problems before they book rooms and they might want to get a new crew who is people friendly cause the crew that they have really are not customer friendly. The only reason we stayed was we could not get another room at another hotel and my daughter and grandchildren stayed in another room at this hotel also and they had the same kind of service, I'm sure you got a lot of complaints from people who stayed there last week cause you had everyone there at the front desk with some kind of complaint. We stayed in room 118

Magnuson Hotel False Advertisement

The hotel advertise ammedities that were not available, they advertise pool service, suana, computer, fitness room and wireless service which all were out of order. The hotel did not want to offer a discount on the stay or money back. They also had a sign on the door that stated if you took food out of the breakfast area you would be charge a 50 dollar surcharge.

That's too bad about the amenities. It would make me upset as well.

But even though that $50 is ridiculous, they're allowed to do that.

Magnuson Hotel Stay away

I stayed at the Magnuson Hotel North in Williamstown on October 9th and had a very rude employee. I wrote a letter of complaint to the hotel with a copy to the home office on October 12, 2010 (see below). To date (12/6/2010) I have had absolutely no response to the letters. I feel that the Magnuson Hotel Chain obviously must care little about the guests. I doubt I would stay with them again.
