Mac Properties review: No answer

It's so hard to get hold of the office by phone, no one answered at all. They did had a good manager, but he got transferred, ever since he left, everything started go down hill in Kansas City Missouri. The residents from another country, india are ruining the place by trashing it, they don't have respect for our country, but Americans are no better. I have seen so much trash around my apartment building, plus, they play yo-yo with the heat during the winter. No one wants to answer the phone when I call. They need a better manager here and the person knows how to speck to us residents. I have tried so many times to talk to the manager, they keep on telling me she's out of town for meetings, this is not a good way to run a company or apartments buildings. Plus, I have been trying to beautify the back parking lot with gorgeous flowers and I keep getting the run around. I will buy the flowers myself. So please anyone in the main office in Chicago, let me have my flower garden in the back parking lot, there places that need to be beautify. I will take care of them myself. Please let me know if I can.
