I am Protas Musawenkosi Ndlovu a student number 145463 studying at Lyceum Correspondence college for Bachelor of Arts in Disaster and Safety Management started in 2017. I am complaining about my exam results for Disaster Management 3 written on the 18th May 2021. This module is the only one left to complete my degree. I uploaded the script after completing the exam on line. I have been following up with the college since August the college denying to have received the script. After sending the screenshot of the script submitted the story change and I was told by Sandra Stein that I uploaded on a wrong platform so she is not prepared to mark the script. I have been trying to reachout to the college to rectify the mistake they made but there is no willingness to do so but they do not forget to debit from my account without me bennefiting from the institution. Ihave a proof thsat I uploaded in the right platform and there is no way that the system takes Assignments when it is after the deadline. I with Lyceum could take students serious if they launch complain about their studies currently a hostile tretment is offered or not responding at all in our quiries . We pay hard earned money for our studies not to be taken for a ride. The Higher Department of Learning should investigate what is happening in this college. I have a terrable experience with it. Give us our results like the way you collect payments

I Can relate to this , this is by far the worst college to study anything with. i had the same issue ended up failing crowd management. Their systems do not work and they do not care about the students future. Let me not even mention the refund policy that they do not even follow themselves. i do not know how this college is registered and i regret registering with them.
