Luxury Casino Rewards/withdrawing winnings

I been trying to withdraw my winning since 11/14/2022 it keep telling me to contact support I had won $550 and I have never received any payment or money that I had won. and want a cheque mailed to me asap if I am not able to withdrawal every time I chat to someone with luxury casino they disconnected me. And the contact number does not work keeps saying it’s busy . Please help my account

Luxury Casino Getting a deposit back

I put through a deposit of $100 last week and with the new i gambling ontario and it checks every 10 mintues where you are , all was working until last week.

the site now keeps saying I am not in the state (ontario is a province) of ontario

they have sent me instructions on what to do and keep saying turn off vpn and proxy , which I keep telling them I do not have . I am play from a desktop and its plugged in to my wifi . So there should be no problem.

It took my money , that was no problem even if they think I am not in ontario . but will not left me play .

Desired outcome: I would like my deposit of $100 back. please refund

Luxury Casino Withdrawal

I played on this platform and was offered GBP 20/= FREE BONUS what they claim. While checking with them, there is unrealistic condition attached to it. They claim that if one plays Roulette, is entitled to 2% of the amount betted on LIVE ROULETTE and thus we need to meet the requirement of GBP 1000 wagering. If we wager GBP 500/= they would credit GBP 10/= out of GBP 20/= bonus thus we need to wager GBP 1,000/= to turn bonus in to cash. If we plat slot its 100%. I played slot for GBP 25/= and Roulette for GBP 800/= nothing has turned in to cash. They are cheater. The site does not allow to withdraw since bonus is STUCK permanently and whatever you wager. bonus is not turning into cash.

I totally agree with Kristhna 411 posting . I received a $22 chance to redeem it into bonus cash . Now ive been playing for 4 straight days hours and hours and hours of spending my time and money by this casino . Currently im sitting on $500 im trying to withdraw . I try there automated chat person who supposedly is going to help me ( ya right ) all they did was offer me more bonuses when i try to tell them my problem they always say thank you for contacting us and please rate me out of 5 stars on how i helped you today . Luxury Casino Switching my Quatro Account and deleting my game achievement

My question was ignored 7 times about my Quatro Account. I have been playing on this site for a long time and all of a sudden they dont operate in Ontario. Tell me my account has been changed to Luxury Casino everything the same except the large game achievement I had accumulated on. Lucky. Cluck game.I would appreciate some type of resolution such as my game achievement transferred as well. That is the only thing besides the Site name that was changed. Or some compensation for money I put into the game.

Luxury Casino I want the crap to stop coming to me, stop the emailing and stop the texts... All of them!!

I am sick to death of getting unwanted mail, texts and emails, for casinos that I have specifically asked to be taken off their lists, and yet, I am still getting them constantly... I have received more than 20 items from this place, I have continually contacted them and have asked several. Tumes for the emails, the mail outs and the texts to stop, and there isn't a phone number to call, nor do they take me. Seious when I do their stupid chat and ask them to stop...

Luxury Casino My account reinstated and 28000.00 available for withdrawal all at once

Hello, so I have been in touch withe the CasinoRewards support. My account was believed to be in violation of t&c's. I had this account for over a month. My documents and address were approved Friday 16th 2023. I have never signed up for luxury casino until a month ago where I put in 150.00 which they refunded instantly as soon as I went to withdrawl 26000.00. Only allowed to receive 4000 per week and only on Fridays which then would take 2 more days for payment processor to deposit. I went Into extreme detail with customer service cause it was so complex. They basically hope you will spend it back which yes I did spend a bit back but bring my balance to 2800.00 and with drawls which were down to 21000.00 to total 30,000.00

Accused of signing up for more then 1 account. I ask their cs chat to find my account responsible and none could be provided numerous times. I feel they have made it up.

That being said I can't get my account unlocked but I am able to go Into CasinoMondial under same membership.. use the bonus money earned while playing in my luxury account. I have more then one account with Cadino Mondial and thus being in same situation, they avoid telling me that this account will become locked. They send me advertisements daily to deposit and recieve bonus. I believe they only get greedy once a large sum of money is up for withdrawl.

No will tell me anything and I've contacted [protected]@casinorewards.com and they haven't replied. I just want to be treated fairly. There have been similar cases where people still recieve their with drawl. Just minus some penalties. But I don't deserve pure 0.00 from $28000.00 that isn't right.

I am still awaiting any answer from Casino Rewards or Luxury Casino; Risk Management

Luxury Casino Non payment of winnings of 2400.42 on August 29th 2022

On August 24th I won 3390 I withdrew on that same day 2442 on August 29th I was told it had been processed and released it's no September 1st and I still yet to see the money I keep getting bounced around chat disconnected I've emailed them and got nothing. I then proceeded to contact live chat requesting a supervisor and they put me threw and I was told that it had been sent to interact paper Inc to me and then sent back to them it would take 33 days to get 8t back to them then they would release it back to my casino account balance and I would have to go back and do the withdrawal process of 48hours and 1 to 3 days after 48hours to go to my bank

Luxury Casino $375 Withdrawal Request Not Met

On the 18th August 2022 I redeemed roughly $40 from luxury casino. I played with this money got up to $600. I continued playing until I reached $350 to which I was then able to make a withdrawal. I made a withdrawal request for $350. I never received an email to confirm this. The following morning on 19 August 22, I made a reverse withdrawal of $25, I paid with this money got up to $68, I then made another withdrawal of $50 which made my total withdrawal request $375. I received an email confirmation for the $50 withdrawal request. Later in the day I log back in to luxury casino to then discover that the $375 is no longer in the account. I contacted the help centre, To which they said I had made multiple reverse withdrawals from the $375 and played with this money. They said I played on the same device and from the same location as I typically do. I said to them that this was not possible because I did not play or make any more Reverse withdrawals. I am the only person in my household, and I only have access to my phone and casino account details. They said to check the playcheck information to which I did. There was information on their suggesting I played one other game to which I never did, and this should not be possible as it never happened. I also said that I have never had problems depositing or withdrawing from this casino before until now, I’m not the type of person to be making false claims and ask them to investigate. I received an email from them saying exactly what the help centre had already told me. I emailed back asking them to investigate more deeply as I never played one of the games that lost all my money As I never made any more reverse with drawers. I also asked them to send me proof of the reverse withdrawals and account information, To which they have not responded. My theory is the casino did not like me winning money from redeeming their points. Maybe even someone from the casino made these reverse withdrawals and used my funds to lose the money so it would track on playcheck. However this has happened, I can assure that it was not me.

Luxury Casino My world pot that I won in august 2021. I didn't receive my payment yet and want to know what is taking so long

August 2021, I had hit the world pot with the progressive and won on my second free spin and that what an amazing event that took place. I just want to know why I never recieved my payment for the world pot yet and its been a year. Luxury Casino Withdrawal of winnings

On June 16th I won a spin on Hyper Star rewards for a 1000.00 I played for a bit longer and decided I would withdraw 800.00 of it. For 3 days I didn't even get an email about a withdrawal I could just see it was pending on my account. On June 19th I got an email that said they had detected duplicate accounts in Luxury and 3 accounts were created. They said that violated the casinos terms and conditions and any bonus being claimed more than once will be confiscated and the account locked. I never put in the account number when I logged in because it was 15digits/letters no one could remember that it would just come up when I either logged in through my email or logged in through their website. I only signed up once with my email why is their website creating multiple accounts? Unless Casino Rewards is making multiple accounts.

I won 400. Went to cash out. Said I could only cash put 200. I chose to etransfer the money out. Haven't received it. The remaining 200 on my account is nowhere to be found. 2 hours on chat support and all they said was email support. I want my money please

Luxury Casino Withdrawal

On several occasions I tried to withdraw my winnings. Everytime there is one or more issues why the withdraw cannot be made. ( they changed banks and therefor cannot pay to my Visa or my bank account number is not recognized by their computer). Always you can deposit within minutes, but withdrawal is never an option. Do not play, because you will never get your money or you winnings feom them.

Luxury Casino Winning withdrawal.

I won $2000 and did the withdrawal process and they say they cannot put my winning money back on my card because it does not except reversals. Now this is a Scotia bank account and not only do I work at the bank I know all the info about reverse transactions and luxury casino is not telling truth and I have been waiting the alloted time put out by there withdrawal process of 48hrs and now I'm going to contact the gaming committee and give a full report of there misconduct and hoe they are going against gaming policy's in Canada. My employer, the bank of Scotia is backing me up on this claim if my money is not returned to my account in 24hrs

I had deposited money 200 to be exact I one 1300 in a day but then I withdrew 600 then all of a sudden my account was locked out and it took 2 weeks to have a response to me asking me to email my bank state ment showing the when I paid the 200 then when I did I get an answer 3 days later telling me they want a copy of my statement up until March 13 which has nothing to do with them or why didn't they ask for that then. with still no explanation why my account is being locked out I've had no explanation as to why I'm being treated like this. No other I online casino had had issues with me not rich casino not spin casino now they are asking for information knowing that bank statements always come out the month after so they are trying to delay my withdrawal even longer I'm going to report this to authorities soon as fraudulent it's been almost a month I need a contact to report this issue too to have this issue dealt with the contact name that's been email me is Kevin with risk management

Luxury Casino Paying out

They are holding my money for ransom. I have been playing with this company for 2 years. I always use the same account for deposit and the same account for withdrawal. I always have to call to get my money released. This time I finally won $500 and I call as I have done before. Now they want me to send them documents, Passport, utility bill and drivers license. I am not comfortable giving that kind of information online. I would never have started playing with them if they had required that. They take my money no problem. Now they have my $500 and say they will keep them untill I give them my personal information...

Long story short it's three times over 2 -3 yrs span that they don't pay me my winnings..I live alone disabled and catholic..I tried to win extra money for X-Mas a couple years ago and I won 400...they didn't pay me ? And now just a few days ago they* Luxury casino) is doing again but this time I won 1.089 $$ now I was only aloud to withdraw 715.00, they sent me a copy of my winnings and said the money would be in my account in 2-3 business days...And now, Luxury casino, Gigadat refuses to pay me again ..I swear to you I did nothing wrong, I'm disabled live alone, and have only 1 cell # ..please I'm begging for your help, I just lost my twin sister, and now my brother in-law.
