Recently a close friend of mine had signed up with Lunch Actually (LA). She had a change of heart after hearing feedback on the quality and standard of LA. So, she decided to cancel the service, to be clear, no date was ever arranged. Cancellation was accepted by LA, according to contracct a penalty charge was imposed and a refund will be given. However, refund due has passed months as stated by the terms of contract. Company continues to ghost her and until today has not refunded her. I would advise potential customers to be vary of such company that delay or are unwilling to refund monies due. This is a clear sign that the company is definitely ungoing financial difficulties otherwise why delay refund.
Recommendation: Never trust glossy statements or numbers that cannot be validated. Anyone can boost of successful rate without evidence to back it up. Do your due diligence.
