Product smells really strong of chemicals and not what I want to ever smell like. The woman who claims to be an OBGYN pulls on the heartstrings of women who may be insecure of the way they smell if at all.
Used the product back in Fall 2022 for about a little less then 2 months when I had to stop because the product was literally BURNING my underarm. Because of this I could not wear a bra, run, or even stretch my right arm completely. The product made my arm red, dry, itchy and cracked. It took a while to heal, and I still have no idea what specific chemical in the product caused it (considering I am confident it was a chemical burn). I have photos of my underarm burns but am too embarrassed to share.
PLEASE believe me when I tell you not to use anything this company makes. Lume should have their products removed from market as they are not safe and do not fulfill any consumer need.
ALSO their commercial is atrocious and extremely offensive. Would never want any person specifically a CHILD watching to believe they must put deodorant all over their body and learn terms like "butt crack."
Stick will shower and proper personal hygiene not their terrible 'deodorant.'
Desired outcome: State disclaimer of burns during commercial and on website.
I've also got burnt underneath my armpits from lume deodorant stick.. crazy thing is, It not only burns but it makes me itch like crazy too. Dont let me get into when I start sweating smh🤦🏾‍♀️ IT ONLY GETS WORSE! At times I've had to wipe it off because it burned so bad and I'm now noticing that it only happens when I use lume. It's unfortunate that I paid so much money for a product I may never use again smh.
I think Lumi is great !.. Works for me as advertised. I found the commercials to be quite to the point and funny, and they are why I decided to try the product in the first place !,

I agree 100%! I just don’t think this product is necessary and their commercials are very annoying.
I also have terrible burns on my underarms from lume. Started using exactly 1 month ago. I can't even put my arms down without being in pain. It gets even worse when I sweat
