Uqora Inc is a company that makes it hard to cancel their subscription. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack to get a real person on the phone. I didn't even know I signed up for a subscription and now I'm struggling to cancel it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

So, I think I messed up and ordered two subscriptions from Uqora. I got two orders in a row and it's been a hassle trying to get in touch with them. They say they're easy to work with, but they don't answer texts and they don't have a customer service phone number. It's been really hard to get a hold of them! The product might be good (I just started using it), but their customer service is terrible, if they even have any! I just want them to cancel any extra orders they might have for me and give me a phone number for future business. I hope you can help me out like you did with Sleep Number. I'm going to start checking the ComplaintsBoard.com before I buy anything from now on. Uqora doesn't seem to care, but I do!
Several months ago, I signed up for a Sutton’s the uvulva wash. I set it up to receive a shipment every 3 months. I decided that I wanted it to ship every month. However, your site tells me that you can’t find my subscription, although I have received 2 shipments.
I can’t it last month and you told out my credit card anyway and sent it

Totally agree with above negative review. They say the initial email talks about the subscription? Well, I still have that email and it most definitely does not! Even after sending them a written notice of being dissatisfied with their product - they still shipped a new batch!
