I purchased a motorolla g4 plus from lulu connect edappally lulu mall on [protected] by 8:30 pm when i reached home i took the phone from the box i noticed the phone was heating after some time i put the phone for charging that time also the phone gets heat up the next day i took some photograph that time also the phone was heating on that day i went to lulu connect edappally lulu mal on [protected] by 2:30 pm and informed the sales boy about the complaint they told that they cannot replace or exchange the phone so you go with service center what type of service is this i didn't keep the phone for more than 24 hours with me then why should lulu print on the back of the bill ( all goods purchased from lulu can be exchanged on presenting the original cash memo within 7 days from the date of purchase ) i am not intresed in giving the phone to service center so you please give me any other brand mobile

    This is their trick!!! The minute after they take our money they are not responsible for their product!! When we go to them, they tell us to go the service center of the concerned product!! who knows where the service centre of all these products and brands ???? Why they keep these products in their racks and sell to us by taking our hard earned money???? Dont buy anything from there and be cheated...
