I ordered 4 bandanas back in March, two for myself and two as gifts. After two weeks I received only 2 and not note or communication regarding the other 2. I emailed the owner and we advised that 2 were out of stock and were ordered. I waited a month and emailed again. The owner Mike advised they were still out of stock and would let me know once they were in. Another month goes by and I emailed again. While the owner was decent, he still said they were coming in and would be shipped out in a week. End of May, I emailed again, while he said he would contact me, never did. In June, I emailed one more time and got no response. While the cost of the Bandanas only amounted to $6.00 I should have been offered an alternative or some sort of communication. As this is now August, I find this company to be a fraud and I was ripped off. I will never order from this company again and will advise anyone I know not to do business with them. If there was a negative star I would use that instead of one star. My bad for not checking this company out in the first place.

This store is the worst. I gave them my money for an order and never got anything. I waited and waited and tried to contact them but they never answered my emails or phone calls. I left messages but their voicemail was always full and no one ever picked up. It took me months to finally get in touch with the owner and when I did, he just lied to me. It was a terrible experience and I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I gotta say, I ordered a Gun Belt and Holster from Old Trading Post Western Store back in January 2021, and it's now October 2021, and I still haven't received anything! I've tried emailing and calling them, but they never respond. And get this, the address they have listed in Cali is total BS! My lawyer even sent them mail, and it came back to us. It's pretty clear that they just don't care about their customers. And to top it all off, they charged me a whopping $357.00 for absolutely nothing!

But, I gotta give credit where credit is due. The day after I posted my initial review, the folks at Old Trading Post finally sent me an email with a link to contact them. The email was titled "Help Us Help You," which I thought was a pretty clever way to get my attention. Unfortunately, I still haven't heard anything back from them, and I'm still out $357.00 with nothing to show for it.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Old Trading Post Western Store to anyone. Their customer service is non-existent, and their products are nowhere to be found. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

It's been a long time since I ordered from Old Trading Post Western Store, and I gotta say, it's been a bit of a bumpy ride. Finally, two weeks ago, I called and they told me my belt was finished. "Mike" said he didn't know why it hadn't shipped yet, but he promised to call me the next day. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard from him. I've tried calling both the 1800 number and the California area code number, but no one answers either of them.

I'm not sure what's going on over there, but I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I understand that COVID has made things difficult for everyone, but six months is a long time to wait for a belt. I hope they can get their act together soon, because I really like their products and I'd hate to have to take my business elsewhere.

I did what they said and sent back the boots I got from Old Trading Post Western Store. I did it within the time they said I could, but they didn't respond to my email. So, I just sent the package back. But guess what? They sent it back to me with a note saying I wasn't "authorized" to return it because I didn't complete some kind of "authorization". I don't know what they're talking about because there's nothing on their website about that. And even if there was, they don't seem to care about answering their emails or phone messages.

And let me tell you, the boots I got were not what I expected. They looked like they were made out of some cheap material and definitely not the cognac finish that was in the picture. I was so disappointed.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Old Trading Post Western Store. They don't seem to care about their customers and their products aren't even that good. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I gotta say, this Old Trading Post Western Store ain't worth the time or money. My old man ordered a holster back in August and we ain't seen hide nor hair of it yet. He's called them up a bunch of times and talked to some guy named Mike Stires who just keeps saying they got too many orders. Well, if that's the case, why keep taking new ones? It's just a bunch of runaround and excuses. My old man even asked for a refund and they didn't even give him that, let alone the holster. We're thinking about reporting them to the BBB and my old man's gonna file a dispute with PayPal. Wish we had read the reviews before we ordered. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place.

I recently made a purchase from Old Trading Post Western Store, and I have to say, I'm not too thrilled with my experience. I ordered a gun belt and leather holster for one of my revolvers on August 1st, and after about 2 weeks of waiting, I still hadn't received any confirmation. I decided to reach out to the owner via email, and he informed me that the holster was being custom fit to my specific model of gun. He also mentioned that I should allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Finally, after a total of 3 weeks, I received my order on August 21st. I was disappointed to find that the holster was made in Mexico and was not as custom molded to my gun as I had hoped. In fact, it was so sloppy that I wouldn't feel comfortable riding or hiking with it, as the gun just slops around and could easily bounce out. The hammer loop also doesn't instill much confidence.

To try and fix the issue, I've had to lay the holster down flat with a heavy ammo can sitting on it, in an attempt to "custom mold" some of the slop out of it. Needless to say, I'm not very happy with my purchase.

Overall, I think Old Trading Post Western Store could do better in terms of quality control and customer service. While I appreciate the effort to custom fit the holster to my gun, the end result was not satisfactory. I hope they can improve their products and processes in the future.

I waited another week and still hadn't heard anything, so I decided to cancel my order and request a refund.

I sent another email to the company explaining my situation and asking for my money back. Again, I received no response. At this point, I was getting pretty frustrated. I waited another few weeks, hoping that maybe they were just experiencing some delays due to COVID-19 or something. But still, no response and no refund.

Finally, after six weeks had passed since I placed my order, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I contacted my bank and opened a credit card dispute. I figured this would get the company's attention and maybe they would finally respond to me. Unfortunately, even my bank's request for information went unanswered by Old Trading Post.

I'm still waiting for my refund, but I'm hopeful that I'll eventually get it. It's just really frustrating that a company can't give reliable estimates for shipping dates, especially during these uncertain times. I've ordered similar items from other businesses and have never had this kind of problem before. It's really disappointing that Old Trading Post couldn't meet that same standard.

I made a purchase on 4/4 and have never received anything. I have left messages and sent emails. The mail box is now full. They have taken the money for the item which I have not received. $247.68

I placed my order December it is June I still do not have the Doc Holiday Holster. *** hardly ever returns emails and when he does he says he doesn't know when it will ship because of covid...but he goy my mkney in December.

I purchased a holster from the on 11/27 and as of today, 6/2, I have still not received either the holster or refund, nor any responses back from email, website contact form, or from telephone. I'd like the holster that I ordered, or the $127.88 back from them.

On Decembwr 31st, 2020, I ordered a pair of cotton canvas saddle pants from Old Trading Post. I received and invoice and was charged $61.62. The invoice was the last communication I have received despite emailing the company (after 6 months) to ask about my order. No product, no response. I'd like to get the pants or my money back.

(My first and only order with this vendor). I ordered a leather holster on August 22nd. As of today, January 5th. That was more than 19 weeks ago.I have emailed at least 6 time to check on status of order. I have also called a phone number, which went to a voicemail. I have left a voice message asking to be called back and to request an order cancellation and refund. I have also written specifically to ask to cancel and for a refund. I only receive sparse and non specific responses such as "your order will ship this week or next".

Ordered an item from Old Trading Post on November 30th. In the description it advised it could possibly take 8 to 12 weeks. I've called and never get an answer for the company. I emailed and did receive a response but was told it would ship within two weeks. That was three weeks ago. I emailed again and received no response. Sent another email and was advised they thought they had responded but now say it will be shipped by the end of the month. I've explained that I paid for this when I ordered, I've been patient about delivery. I'm now asking for a refund but getting no response. Wondering if this is even a legitimate company now.

I purchased a gun belt and crossdraw holster rig from this company on Dec. 24th, 2020. There was a 6 to 8 week wait on the product that turned into about 12 weeks which was no big deal. The product arrived mid April. The rig was made for a right handed shooter and I clearly ordered a left hand rig. I attempted to contact the company through their website and via cellphone with no response. I have left multiple messages and simply wanted the order replaced correctly. I understand mistakes happen and would have been fine with waiting a few weeks for it to be corrected.
